      Their customer service is top notch! They sent me a brand new dosing pump when mine stopped working randomly, 10/10 would recommend!!

      Bought a skimmer and leak rope detector, both broken upon arrival. They refused to send me another new product and just wanted me to fix it through parts and still did not work. The rope leak detector was broke there IT department looked at it and determined a short, but never offered to send or replace it for a new one. Both of these products were brand new! CoralVue is unethical and unprofessional! Never again and I would tell anyone in the aquarium/reefing community to stay far away from this company!

      Got a new klir 7. Nothing but headaches. Since day 1 the controller failed. On my 3rd one in less than 4 months. Come to find out they have designed a new one and want to charge me 85 dollars for a redesign of a controller and sensor in. Note its 3/4 months old. So now charge customers for a new one when in fact its a design problem since day one and they know it. They offered to send me an old design witch will fail again. They are absolutely horrible and they are disgusting. To make anyone pay to upgrade a part that had a design fault no fault but their own. Mind you its still under warranty. I

      I emailed CralVue about my IceCap pump issue, and they immediately responded to my email. They fix the pump remotely. Thanks ******* for your quick response.
