I hired this company to perform rodent control to address the pests that had already gotten in the house and to seal my home from any future invasion. I paid $229.00 for the initial rodent treatment and $2535.00 for the sealing of the house. My home was scheduled to be sealed when the snow storm hit LA as a result they wanted to schedule me out an additional three weeks instead of just performing when they returned to business - behind people who were scheduled weeks after I was. For this reason, I fired them and they refunded the $2535 for the sealment and I hired another company. Then 3 days ago, more than 3 weeks after I fired them, they charged my bank account $49.00 for pest control - essentially for a service that they did not perform. They had not been back to my house since before the storm in late January and I fired them on January 27, 2025. I have asked for a status on the return of the $49.00 and have yet to receive any update.Business Response

On 1/3/25 **** quoted *** for a Wildlife Exclusion Partial for $2,535. On 1/8/25 the customer wanted a quote for HH Plus Rodent Control in which she was quoted $229 *************** and a convenient $49 a month payment plan with service quarterly. She signed the contract and agreed to these terms. On 1/9/25 *** paid $229 towards her initial service and $2,535 for a ** Exclusion Partial. She was scheduled for her initial service on 1/9/25 invoice ****** and scheduled for her ** Exclusion Partial in which we were not able to complete on the scheduled date due to being shut down 1/21/25, 1/22/25 & 1/23/25 due to the snow storm. The customer also received a Rodent ********************** 2 week Follow up on 1/16/25 which was included in the initial price. The customer was contacted on 1/27/25 to reschedule the ** Exclusion Partial for our next available which was on 2/11/25. The customer refused stating that it was too far out. We offered to see if we could fit her in sooner however, we couldnt due to the ** team being off 1/28/25 - 1/31/25 for an out of state conference which caused them to already be behind. She then stated she wanted to cancel the service and be issued a refund. A refund of $2,535 was issued per her request on 1/27/25. On 2/15/25 he automatic monthly payment plan charge of $49 was drafted from her account as stated in her signed contract as she signed up for and service had been initiated. Contract info: ((((Customer will have a choice of the 1st or the 15th of each month for auto-pay via Credit Card or ACH. After the initial one-year period, this agreement is automatically renewable and can be canceled any time after the first twelve months by either party giving 30 days written notice. If at any time, the customer does not allow **********************'s to spray their premises for 2 consecutive services (6 Months), your services will be canceled and 60% of the remainder of the agreement will be charged to the payment method on file. To restart services, a new agreement will need to be signed. Customer understands that consistent treatments are required to bring pest problems under control and that these higher initial costs are spread under the twelve-month term of this agreement. Therefore, the customer agrees to pay 60% of the remaining balance if the agreement is canceled prior to the expiration of the one-year term.)))) The customer received the invoice for the $49 charge on 2/15/25 and email us saying I paid $229 for the initial rodent control ALREADY! Do not come back to my property. I am also reporting you to the Better Business Bureau! LaJaunies responded upon return to work that Monday Good morning. I looked over your account. You were charged $229 for the initial service. You also signed up for a Healthy Home Plus Rodent. This service is $49 a month. Attached is your contract. Please let me know if you have any questions. The customer responded back When you failed to perform the exclusion service, I fired y'all and got a new company - Arrow. Please issue a refund as I want no further service from y'all. Then again saying Please advise on the status of the return of the money you charged my bank account for services that were not performed. LaJaunies responded 2/19/25 We issued you a refund of $2535 for the Wildlife Exclusion on 1/27/25. Is this in regards to your Healthy Home Pest Control services? The customer never responded back to us however we did forward the email chain on to our ***************************** who reached out to ***. ********* with LaJaunies emailed I understand your frustration. As a consumer myself, I recognize the importance of meeting client needs and ensuring satisfaction. However, since you are unwilling to continue the conversation or explore a resolution, the account has been canceled and forwarded to the appropriate channels for collections. Have a great weekend ***, I am always here if you're wanting to meet a resolution. LaJaunies created a cancellation invoice for the 60% of the remaining contract which would be $352.80 due to having 4 quarterly services left in the contract. The customer then responded back Absolutely not!!! I fired you because you did not perform a service! YOU THEIVES ARE TRYING TO GET PAID FOR SERVICE YOU DID NOT PERFORM!! I will not be paying this and I will report you to whatever agency regulates businesses in the State of LA. And if you try to charge my card, I will report you for bank fraud. LaJaunies responded back Hi ***, We're sorry to see you go! If theres anything we can do to keep you as a valued client, please let us knowwed love the chance to make things right. Currently, there are four remaining services on your contract, meaning 60% of the $588 balance 352.80 is due before we can process your cancellation. Please confirm if you'd like to move forward with the cancellation, and well proceed accordingly. If you have any questions or would like to discuss options, feel free to reach out. Looking forward to your response. Since the customer did pay one monthly installment towards the 4 remaining services I credited the 2/15/25 $49 invoice ****** with credit memo invoice ******. I then applied this $49 that was paid towards the cancellation fee invoice so the customer would only owe $303.80 towards the cancelation. Attaching contracts, detailed service inspection reports, email chains, billing history and cancelation fee invoice.Initial Complaint

After the hurricane I had them come install some facia metal on my house. They showed up with the wrong color of metal. At that time there employee asked if I had any metal of the correct color. I said yes. He informed me that they would issue me a refund for using my metal. I have reached out over 6 times to the installer and his boss which is *****. They have told me they would get this handled. I still havent seen any check. I reached out to ***** again last week he never returned my message.
