      I've had the best customer service experience with this company. I had a personal issue with some bugs that got latched on while traveling, and yes they bit! I called **********, they sent out someone that same day to not only do an inspection, but he ended up treating right then and there. They came back a few weeks later to do another treatment, they even vacuumed up remnants they found themselves! I can't thank them enough for the level of sleep I can now get, thanks to this company. I never leave reviews, but I had to for this company.

      My wife has stage 4 cancer, an appointment WAS scheduled for June 7th, however, that was the same day as my wife's appointment with her Oncologist. I called the number given, talked to a very nice man (for whatever reason, I thought he was the owner) he said it was no problem and for me to call or send a message to reschedule I sent a message to reschedule and was told I was not due to be serviced until September because they were out in June. I explained that no one came out in June and that I was told to reschedule.I was told I was wrong and someone was out in June and she could not have been more rude. I told her if I could not get the service promised to cancel my service. She said she would do exactly that and for me to have a nice day.They do NOT HONOR their agreement, they are rude and would rather lose you as a customer than HONOR their agreement.DO NOT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE
