    They put in a shower tub replacement on 7/7/23 and I paid them. This was in the middle of lunch and upon inspection later that day I found they had left a large hole in the floor where the new water lines were installed. The hole is large enough for a Possum to get into the house much less rats or snakes. this is the start of the third week with no word from them on a fix. I spoke to them last Monday and they said they would get back with me but I have heard nothing from them. I have photos of the hole on my phone but don't know how to include them.

    In November, on the 23rd, 2022, I called to inquire about getting a shower installed asap, and a gentleman came out and told me how I could get my construction financed through GreenSky. I explained to him that I wanted to get this scheduled and he indicated that materials were running a few weeks behind but they would be in touch with me. By the second week in December when I hadn't heard from the ****** ******, I called them on my day off and asked why I haven't heard to schedule the installation of my walk-in shower, the young lady informed me that materials were running a few weeks late and it would be January before they could install. I told her I was not happy at all, and when I realized my account was being drafted for a product that I didn't have, I really had a problem with ****** ******. I began calling the company and telling them I wanted to cancel the order, they told me I'd have to call GreenSky. When I spoke to GreenSky they informed that ****** ****** would have to issue a refund and they refused to listen every time I called, they just kept saying the product was on the way. I kept calling until I asked to speak to the owner of the company, and **** returned the call, and informed me again that the product was on the way. I explained to **** that I had spoke to GreenSky and I wanted ****** ****** to issue me a refund, they had breached the contract. **** told me she wouldn't cancel the contract, she had seen pictures of my current shower and I needed to replace it, or I'd pay for the product anyway. ****** ****** will not be welcomed into my home, for any reason, ever. **** is redlining, and discriminating, telling me she's seen photos of my shower, and I need a new one. Well she's right, I have well water and it's hard, turns everything red, my tub, shower wall, etc.. but again, ****** ****** will not be the contractor to meet my needs. GreenSky also called me and will let ****** ****** know to cancel contract and refund GreenSky.

    I’m sorry she's so upset about having to wait longer than you should have but this was never promised by Tubbs By Grubbs nor is there anything on the contract reflecting anything like that. She signed a contract to get her bath redone this is special order material that you can’t just go down the road to purchase. This contract that was sign was mailed to them and a letter explaining our system for your review. We are at the suppliers mercy on when we receive material and we do try to relay any information to the customer. Your material was already been purchased to the suppliers with your down payment and is on its way this is why we cant just cancel. My manufacturer can only send us so many jobs a week which why we have shipment dates. Her material is here and has been here for a couple of week. On page 3 bulletin number 1 on her contract explains the delievery stipulations. Her contract was signed right before Thanksgivng as well as Christmas and New Years which cause delays in production from our manufacture. We would love to come do the job we do have the material here incase she decides to let us since she did pay for it.

    I am rejecting this response because: I asked them to cancel this contract way before anything was shipped, once I found out it would be in January.  Then February, & march now??  As I explained already. I asked them to cancel this in December!  I have heard from GreenSky and will see how they want to communicate with parties to resolve?  I will not allow ****** ****** to disrespect me and then ask to install anything in my home!

    I made a complaint on this company back in March. They had did a shower conversion. I was not pleased with the quality of the work they had another business to do. I am still finding problem with the work. It is very hard to get them to send the foreman of the company out. I want him to see what he thought about the quality of work they put there stamp of approval on. When talking to Destiny the receptionist, I have made appointment, he did not come out. I call to make appointment, I get the same excuse, he is not in the office. She take my name and say I will call you to set up a appointment time. I never hear from her. I call back in a week or more, I get the same thing. She never calls back. I would like a call with a schedule and the foreman to complete. Please help me get some custom service. I keep getting the run around or run over.

    They have been telling that the foreman have you on his schedule. It has about 2 months now. I call he is gone on another call. What about my appointment. They never call me with a time he is available. He was on a cruise just got back, he is catching up on work. No one has called me yet with a schedule time for him to put me on his schedule. I will call on Monday to make a appointment. The one service date he didn't call or show up. There is always a excus.

    We attempted to go to Mrs. ******* house on Monday, October 10. We called her twice that day trying to see if she was home, but got no answer. My foreman went by her house anyways. He knocked on the door and rang the doorbell multiple times. He sat in her driveway for 10 minutes waiting on a call back or for someone to answer the door. When he got no response from either, he left and came back to the office.

    We apologize that she feels like she is getting the runaround but we have attempted to meet with her multiple times, but we never get a response or an answer at the door when we arrive to the home.

    This is not the first time this has happened.

    I finally got an appointment with the foreman. The man has been calling my husband phone number. My husband has never talked with ******* before. He say he was only given the one number. So the same thing happen on Monday. He was calling wrong contact phone number. He just came over, I had been waiting on a call from the office. She always say I will call when he leave the office. He was already in the area again with another person. They do not communicate as a well ran business. He did address some problems but can't fix because he does not know what may be behind the wall that the company they contracted out in the beginning to fix it. If the work was done correctly in the beginning, I might not have this problem now. He can only try to fix the crocking done at the seams & repair the side. That what I mean continue to patch up. He gave me some lame excuse about having problem with behind the wall. They pull the old shower out put more wood up. Excuse after excuse, I would not refer this company to anyone. I am about fed up with them as much as they are with me.

    We entered into a contract with this company the spring of 2021 for a walk-in shower and to replace all the windows in our house. The shower installation was done, but the handle to turn the shower on protrudes from the wall. We have asked that this be fixed multiple times and it has not been fixed yet.
    One of the windows was cracked while being installed and had to be replaced. They came and replaced that window and it was replaced with a window that does not match the others. The installer left without mentioning this window did not match. We noticed it later. Immediately called ****** ******. This was in 02/2022. Each time call to check on the correct replacement window we are told it is on order and will arrive by a certain date. We call for up date and are told a new date. We understand back orders, but this has been going on for too long.
    My husband took pictures of the window and shower over. Someone did come out to look and stated yes the shower plumbing was not correct and would send someone to correct this. No one ever came.
    Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated. Thank you.

    This window was ordered 3 times and came in wrong from the manufacturer all 3 times. I have contacted the manufacturer first thing this morning, and the window has been delivered and is ready for pick up. We will be calling the customer this morning to have someone go out and replace the window.

    The window that they brought to install was broken and the wrong size. They did not have a replacement for the window they had cracked either. There is no excuse for them to tell us the window is here and ready to install without checking it to make sure it is the correct window. They did send someone else out to measure the window for a third time yesterday. All of this is very unprofessional.
