    I recently had the very bad experience, the worse in my entire career of 25+ years. I never like to say anything bad about a company because I feel every company that I've been honored to work for has been a stepping stone for my next opportunity. However, my intention to share my experience, is just to warn and help my fellow engineers on LinkedIn of this really bad experience I went through, with my last job. I was offered an opportunity by ALKU and my point to contact was Mr. ****** ********, who told me that the team at L3 ****** in ***********************************, was very happy to have me join the team. My first day was 1/21/2025 & worked there for 3 days that week. Met nice colleagues and the following week on Tuesday, 1/28/2025 I was told that they had realized they had no budget for training and they had to lay me off. I was in shock because I got no relocation and I paid for my travel (RT), hotel, car rental as well as meals and incidentals. They didn't even bother to help me pay for my expenses, whatsoever. Very unprofessional. I said: "Why wasn't I informed about this before I moved here on my own expenses? That's very unprofessional and unfair to me and my family, but they didn't seem to care. Management was ************ Engineer *** *****, Program Manager **** *********, and Production Program Manager ******** ****. So, be careful if you are approached by any of these individuals who to me were very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I'll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, and I'll also be reporting it on Yelp.
