      I have a complaint involving New England tire car care center in *********, **. my daughter recently brought her car in October18th, to get a repair done on the driver side front tire. She was involved in an incident on November 4 when the tire fell off of the wheel along with all of the Lug nuts on route I 95 southbound outside of *******. When the tow driver picked her up, he said obviously the Lugnuts were not tightened when the car was worked on causing the tire to fly off. She had an appointment with this center the day after the incident which we had to cancel. I contacted the tire center the day after the incident, and informed him of what happened I talk to the manager, ***** he informed me to keep him updated and to save receipts. I told him I would send him the receipts of all the damage. The damage being the tire, the rim and extensive auto body damage to the front driver, side, rim, and door area, which I informed him of. It is now December 6, 2022 and There has been multiple emails back-and-forth regarding this issue with no resolution or monetary reimbursement. He stated that, if indeed the worker who put the Lugnuts on the car, was at fault, he would have to fire him, and he was employed for 25 years. I need resolution to this as now the bills are above $3200. I believe they were at fault by not putting the Lugnuts back on the tire correctly. Potentially injuring several people on I 95 thankfully that did not happen. My daughter has been distraught since the incident and they are taking no responsibility for their actions. We had to spend the night in ****** so my husband could repair the tire so she could go to work on Monday. The hotel was another added expense. I have tried to contact the owner ******************* and he will not return my emails or calls. We cannot fix the car until this is resolved as it is a hardship for my daughter.       It is our opinion that the customer did not have a wheel fall off but rather experienced an unfortunate flat tire for which we are not responsible. This flat tire occurred more than a week after we saw the vehicle in our *************** location. We understand that a flat tire can be an unnerving experience and do everything in our power to double check lug nuts and drain plugs even requiring two people to sign off on every vehicle we service. 

      In an effort to bring a fair and honest resolution to this difference of opinion we have asked *** to contact this customer, review the circumstances and reach an impartial resolution that is equitable to both parties involved. 

      New England Tire is a family-owned business that has respected and serviced our customers' needs for over ********************************************************************************** a timely fashion.
