      This company over charges for parts they get down the street. Price difference is about 30+% over-priced per part. Recently went in to get front calipers, rotors and pads replaced. They told me $1500. I gathered quotes from other local shops that ranged from $800-$1100 for the same service.

      My car was towed to this facility after hours by AAA after they tried to jump my car and it would not hold a charge. AAA recommended facility. AAA tech thought it could be an issue with my alternator. I spoke with mechanic the following morning to let him know the issue. They called me to tell me I needed a new battery and that the alternator was not the issue. The next day I picked up my car (with newly installed battery) and drove it . *** died again. Brought it to my own mechanic who had to replace the alternator. My original battery was only 1 year old.When I called to inquire about what diagnostics where run on my car and if in fact they had checked the alternator I was assured they had and that they found no issue with the alternator. They would not produce copies (which they said they had) related to the testing/diagnostics they performed. The manager, **** was rude and disrespectful.I would not recommend using them. Th

      I dropped off my truck last week to get work on it. The alignment was off and when I took it for a test drive it still pulled to the right. They charge a local disabled veteran 89 for it and did nothing to fix the problem. At the time I paid ***** that I did not have. I brought it back last night with a note saying I purchased the truck with my pension and then paid another 346 to get more done and check the alignment....... they did not fix the problem. I am a local vet who has been going to their shop for years as well as my family. I need some help with this.Thanks a veteran waiting on her va disability since last spring.
