Looking back, I probably should have started with a credit counselor instead of going through a debt solution company. After a few years, one of my accounts ended up in a lawsuit. Working with **** and **** was a much better experience. Both were kind, professional, and never made me feel judged. Even though I couldnt complete the first session with **** due to time, **** picked up right where we left off and guided me through the rest with ease. They really helped make the process of preparing a proposal for my debt collectors more manageable.

**** was so knowledgeable and patient with my questions. She is also one of the kindest strangers I've ever spoken to. This saved me from letting my debts go to collections "to get debt free". I worked with American Consumer Credit Counseling's credit counselor ****** who was very patient and helpful. I was very embarrassed about explaining my financial situation, but ****** made me feel at ease. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with choosing my options after being told of each of the options pros/cons and I never felt pressured. I recommend ACCC to anyone who wants to get on top of their debt before things get worse.American Consumer Credit Counseling, Inc.
