    I have purchased the * lifetime membership of Yes you can paint * from **********************I am looking for a refund of $200.Or A copy of every single ****** which there are many in DVD This offer of lifetime membership in which members are suppose to be able to login anytime they wish to learn to paint Has never been reliable. Quite a few times I been prepared to paint only to find the member login website is nowhere to be found.This time it's been gone since July ********************* does not respond to emails nor post with inquiries about this issue I have been able to talk to him over the phone and he said he would fix the issue.About 3 weeks ago. And still nothing.If he offers these classes for lifetime I as a member that paid $200 should be able to login anytime as well as all other members that have not spoken out about this recurrent issue. as far as I know we are both alive.And this is his business , it should be priority to keep on top of it and atleast be in communication with all members including myself.I should not have to be calling him practically begging him to hurry and fix this Many times.At this point I want my money back And search for another reliable art course that actually take their business more seriously . People such as myself paid hard earned money for this.I decided to file a complaint tho I really love the guy and always call him my art teacher because again I should not have to keep calling and this shouldn't happen in the first place atleast not More than a week.

    Customer did purchase said lifetime product well over 10 years ago for a onetime payment of $197.00. Over the past year (2023) at my age of 74, the business was closed due to my failing health especially with the heart disease I have. I have explained this to the customer about 4 weeks ago and she became quite angry. She has gotten roughly $4,000 value for over 10 years and had the ability to download any/all products throughout the course of that time. Evidentially it appears she wants me to either (1) refund her full money and this I will not do and find it unreasonable for her to request any refund, Or she would like me to send her copies of all 348 2-hour long videos on DVD. And no one, but no one wants DVDs anymore. So this would be a special request specifically by her and she would incur all costs, in advance. This is an even worst idea as it would take a minimum of ***** man hours and significant equipment and material costs to set up a DVD reproduction center again. High Tech labor is $80.00/ hour alone. So her second request I doubt she would be willing to pay for she is asking. I closed the business as the lifetime of this product has ended and I am nearly ended.

    This lifetime membership has never been reliable! Ever! Plenty times the website has been gone.  I was never ever given the option to download any videos the few times the website was working. EVER!   I'm surprised *********** is stating I became angry on the phone call when he assured me that the website would be back on asap!  I was nothing but nice . I do not get angry easy . and even then I'm nice. I did talk about the issue on his fb page but  never angry or disrespectful.  How is he saying the lifetime membership has ended? When I payed for it regardless the years! It is A lifetime membership and we are both alive! And if you see attached , he has ongoing art classes and is still advertising the lifetime membership??!  Sadly the one who became angry is *************  All I wanted was what I payed for that's all.  And I wanted him because he was the best at teaching. Its not nice he  lies about me being angry and the lifetime course ended when it's not true.

    But no access , just advertising?!

    So how is it  that I just lose my money?

    Along with many other members? Who soon will start complaining about the same thing.

    A refund, DVDs, video downloads sent directly to my email!

    Or why don't you keep your word and get the new website with member login as u stated on our phone call? Because that's what you told me! On sep 11th hat you would be having a new website.  And now you are saying its ended?!  Is it ended just for me? Because now you are angry at me? For having to file a complaint?  What about all your other members? Are they excluded too?

    Do what's right ******!  Do right by your members and people who paid for this

    or then somehow get me every ******* I still use DVDs btw

    But maybe you can find a way that I can down load every single ******

    Or Refund! Again and again this has never been reliable , plenty times this has happened this time being since July!

    and you can't even update your members on what's happening. You never answer emails.

    The only thing you answer is your * sales line* that's the only way I can talk to you 

    Why is it that's the only way you answer thinking people are going to buy .. But other inquiries you don't respond.

    Im not being angry ,  I'm talking straight to the point . you know this is not right

    If u can't keep what you advertise I should be reimbursed !

    I hope we can come to an agreement which ever which one as long as I have each and every ****** some how  no tricks!  Or a full refund!
