    with much regret because I really really like ******. I am extremely disappointed.I purchased a lifetime membership course of $200 and it has never been reliable.I'm sure I'm not the only one I look forward to sign in to the classes especially when I'm going through a depression as painting is my form of therapy only to feel worse because it is not the first time that the membership I paid for Is nowhere to be found.I try to email and even post on ****************** page and no response.while I did spoke with him on the phone and he assured me that a new membership website would be up and running soon the members site has been gone since July.2023 this is not right. I believe this should be priority for those who paid and look forward to painting.I believe when issues arise members should be notified and not ignored.why advertise lifetime membership and not be reliable?it hurts me to leave this review but it hurts me more not to be able to access the classes I paid for when ever I get the urge.and it's about the 4th time this has happened. It has never been consistent Its unreliable WHEN AND IF you work out the new website I fear this will keep happening again and again it should be priority to get membership website up and be consistent I feel let down and somewhat cheated I need a full refund or send copies of each and every ****** maybe don't sell membership that you cannot fulfill and stay on top of and keep your members happy.I love you , you are funny, ****** and all but this is not good for me or you.please hurry and make it right Honestly just want a refund and see if I can find another online class With a teacher that honors their business And cares about those who spend hard earned money
