During the past two years this business had falsified documents, specifically ledgers, that allowed them to steal and obtain money illegally from state programs. They did this to multiple clients and obtains tens of thousands of dollars by forging documents AFTER they were submitted by clients therefore lying and taking more money on the clients behalf than the client was asking for. This out several clients in a detrimental mess and financial disaster. They kept all funds received and would forge, update and lie to make documents look appropriate. These people need to be audited by the state of ************* to the highest degree! They are stealing from low income families and lying about it. Its disgusting. They also threaten and lie to obtain wayyy more money than even legal to have people move into their apartments. They are terrible, terrible people and need to be stopped. Before more families end up homeless because of them.

    To whom it may concern:

    Good morning

I believe, the ******* complaint has zero basis of facts.

The Oneils occupied their current unit in late August, 2021 at a rental rate of $1,795 monthly for their 2 bedroom apartment.

A cosignor for the ******* paid their security deposit, last month's rent and first month's rent.

After providing credit for the above monies the ******* paid nothing towards their rent through September 20**.

Raft paid 100% of their rent.

The ******* have paid zero rent from October, 20** through this current date of June 1, 2023.

On February 2, 2023 through the *********************** (Docket # **H77SP005097) an "Agreement for Judgenent" was agreed to and filed.

This Judgement provided the following benefits for the *******.

    1.  Right of occupancy within their same rental unit through August 31, 2023 providing they pay their $1,795 monthly rent for their 2 bedroom apartment.

    2.  Landlord and Tenant agreed to waive the past due rent (10/**-1/31/23) providing the Oneils paid their rent commencing for February, 2023 through August 31, 2023.  If they did not do so, their prior waived rent of $6,1453.20 would be reinstated and owed.

    3.  The Oneils never paid any rent commencing with February, 2023 through this date of June 1, 2023.

    4.  The Oneils in their complaint have question my honesty.  I ask the BBB review the facts for I would questionn the legitmacy of the Oneils collecting thousands of dollars in rental assistance when they paid zero.

    4.  If the Oneils complied with this mutally agreed to agreement this case would have been dismissed as of September 15, 2023.

We provided Oneils multiple opportunities at significant cost to ourselves.

For the above reasons we firmly believe their comlaint is without merit.  Should the BBB have addtiinal questions, we would be happy to attemopt to answer them.

    Thank you
