      I moved out December 21, and I waited a little bit for my security deposit. Never got it so I called corporate. They didnt help me on the phone. In 2023 someone from corporate called me about my security deposit. He said he was going to look into my security deposit and call me back. He never called me back. So Im still waiting and wondering where my security deposit went. Never received a letter as of why you kept my security deposit so Im seeking to get my security deposit back. I didnt destroy anything. It was normal wear and tear in the apartment.

      I vacated the premises of ********************* apartments run by beacon communities llc on November 15. After leaving several voicemails and exchanging emails with *******************************, I was told that I should be receiving it soon. I've been emailing weekly with no solid response. It's been well over the legally required 30 days where they are required to return my deposit. We are nearing almost 4 months with them holding my funds and ignoring calls.

      I moved from Highland **** apartments (move-out date of 9/19/23) and have not received a return of my security deposit and rent credit equally $726.01. I have included the confirmation of what is owed me from the property manager (***********************************). My vacate form clearly included the correct forwarding address. I have not received any explanation from the property manager other than accounting is "looking into it". I have left two voice messages for Beacon's accounting office but no one returns my calls. The customer relations mailbox is full and I cannot leave a message there. it is well past the 30 days they have by law to return my funds and I would appreciate someone from Beacon having the courtesy to return my calls and tell me why I have not received my refund.
