I opened up an account with this bank online and put my first deposit in. I didnt access or use the account anymore for a while. Then when I finally decided to use it, I tried to login but couldnt. I called customer service only to find that they CLOSED MY ACCOUNT and said I owe a balance. HOW?! I didnt receive any notifications that I was being charged a fee, much less that I owed. I didnt receive any notifications email, letter, text. NOTHING. Now Ill be reported to chexsystems because they dont know how to communicate!OneUnited Bank
