      They charged me for miles driven to have the vehicle serviced. I asked for reimbursement and they refused. I also was lied to when scheduling for pick up of vehicle. The vehicle is good and was very clean at pick up, thats the only thing good I can say at this time.

      Worst experience ever. First, you need to pay the annual membership fee before you can even rent a vehicle. You get two weeks to try it out, but if you cancel in that time, you need to give back the car. I also went with the pay-as-you-go plan. After the initial charge for the first 200 miles, they kept charging my credit card for an additional 200 miles when I had not even used the first 200. They did this twice, charging me for 600 miles when I only used 391. I even took a picture of the odometer when the car was delivered and when I got charged and sent it to their support team. They said they would do an audit, but I never heard back. I finally got a refund a week after I returned the vehicle, but only after hounding them. The only bright spot was the person who dropped off the car and picked it up. I'll never use them again.

      Flexcar delivered a car to me that had a slow leak in at least one tire (safety issue) and another tire that was dangerously over-inflated. I called and wrote to make them aware and asked for a follow-up from a manager, but heard nothing. Incredibly poor customer service. Do not seem to empower front-line service reps to solve problems, yet when asked to escalate to someone who can - nothing. I currently cannot drive the car and its sitting in my driveway while Im still paying. I will be returning my car as soon as I find a replacement, canceling my subscription to Flexcar, and will make sure that all of my friends know to steer clear.

      Outstanding customer service when billing my credit card. However, when I terminated service I was referred to some secret team and the system has been broken for days that processes refunds. I wonder if Flex Car is processing new clients at this time. No financial actions should be processed on any level with this glitch in the system! The car I received was detailed good, however, once I arrived home roaches, ants, spiders(bugs/insects) began to come from under the seats.Note: The day I returned my car the the Flex Car rep stated I was good to go, my refund should have been processed.Flex car stop with this I can't see your account the team will get an email. Cease this nonsense, let us talk to the people who is handling our money!

      Flexcar us horrible they charged my card and I didnt authorize them at all to do it. If they take payment from a debit card purchase how can they still make my card negative? When I signed up with them was only with my debit card my account information wasnt asked so how they still able to charged ** account? How can I feed my kids and now I had to closed my account because this charged like this is messing me all up. I will never deal with Flexcar at all.

      Horrible experience... Please find an alternative option. There might not be that many options available with lower cost but you may find some honest companies who value honesty and commitment.Here is my experience with Flexcar. I had a reservation with Flexcar on 26th May 23, and generally, they ask you to do the verification check before 3 PM of an earlier day. Since I didn't have my driver's license in hand I had to send a screenshot of it, which they rejected, and reset the account so that I can submit the ** again, and I totally agree with it. I submitted the actual photo of the ** again, and they accepted and gave me a confirmation on the app stating that the verification was complete and the car is ready to be picked up.2hrs before the pickup time, for no reason, they canceled my reservation and they didn't even inform me in any manner. I looked in the app, and the reservation disappeared. I called the customer representative and they said their security team checked the **s and canceled the order even though their app indicated the verification was done. I honestly believe the car wasn't available then, and they just canceled it. Because I tried to book the same car again which is available from 31st May.After that incident, with no option left, I had to book the same car from 31st May. When I booked the vehicle for 2nd time, they charged me the car prep fee of $99 (which they didn't for the first order), and the reason for that was I reserved the car for 2nd time even though the first order was canceled, they can't apply to the 2nd order. I NEVER TOOK THE CAR...Having back to back bad experiences, I canceled my entire account and decided to go for a different rental even if I had to pay thousands... I hope it happens to no one.Oh no the review option didn't allow me to post "zero" stars. I'm giving 1 star so that I can post the review.

      I have rented a car from Flexcar and they have notified me in the app that my car is ready to pick up. Unfortunately, when I went to the pick up location, I found that my car was not there, and I needed to come another day to pick it up. I find them highly unprofessional, and I wish I could give them zero ratings.

      Questionable business practices regarding customer satisfaction with their car rental service. Dirty,smoke smelling vehicles or cars needing to be serviced. I just see so many customer complaints about the cleanliness of the cars being rented and a day later being swapped out for various operational or safety issues and some people complaining about their refunds and the availability or lack thereof of vehicles that have been reserved and given the impression that said vehicles will be ready to be picked up and the customer showing up to the car lot only to find out that their vehicle isnt there or hasnt been processed as promised
