    11/13/23 7:44 pm - I booked a car with JLL Car Service in ***** via their website to take me and my husband to ****************** on 11/24/23 at 6:15 am. 7:45 pm - Received email from JLL my reservation was accepted. 11/15/23 - My husband had been sick and didn't seem to be getting better so we made the decision to cancel our trip. 11/16/23 9:30 am - I emailed ***************************** a copy of my reservation and requested cancellation of the reservation. 9:37 am - I also texted JLL Car Service at ************ with the same information. 10:00 am - realizing the original cancelation was blurry I copied my text and sent it via email. 11/23/23 1:34 am - I received an upcoming orders reminder from JLLCarService.com. 5:29 pm - I sent an email AND another text stating this reservation was canceled HOW I KNOW MY CANCELATION WAS RECEIVED IS NO ONE FROM JLL SHOWED ON 11/24/23 AT 6:15 AM.11/26/23 6:11 pm - I received a text from JLL ************** "I will refund you the money". 4/11/24 - I thought the matter was resolved until I had an issue with a credit card. Going through my PayPal statements I discovered that I was charged with and no refund was ever issued. I texted JLL Car Service 12:22 pm with detailed information including the following "You stated you would refund my money but checking my statements you never did nor did you provide the service. I would expect you to refund the money".4/11/24 1:25 pm - JLL's response "How much money was it please?" me: 1:26 pm - "$72.00" JLL 1:28 pm "Thank you. We will send a check" me: 1:36 pm "Thank you, do you have my address?"5/1/24 11:55 am - I texted "I haven't the check for the $72.00 my address is ...." "Please make it out to *********************". JLL 11:56 am "I sent it. I am soooooo sorry".5/13/24 8:52 PM me: "Still haven't received the check for $72 ..., JLL 9:38 pm "You have not received the money yet. We sent it twice." ..."9:41 pm JLL ...I will send you another check again When I come back on Wednesday...

    After several attempts to cancel this service by phone,e-mail and text messaging my request and reimbursement back to my credit card have been ignored. It is either very poor customer ********************** after they have the money or a fraudulent business. The company is JLL Car Service e-mail ***************************** Phone#************. Attached is the receipt.

    Paid up front (using our credit card) to have this limo service drive us from our house to the airport. Driver never showed up forcing us, last minute, to drive to the airport and park at central parking for four days. Just made our JetBlue flight before the doors were closed.Owner continues to give us the runaround on returning our money paid for a service never provided.Ive seen other complaints on line similar to ours where money was paid and the service was never provided.
