    Did not show up to pick us up, confirmed via email and phone day before. When called the guy was extremely rude saying he never spoke with us or anything. Have the booking info and charge to card and proof of call the day before. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!

    They get no stars but had to press one.. we had a pick up reservation and because our flight was late coming in and no way to contact them from the plane ... they left us there and then blamed us for being late and not contacting them .. we called them as soon as we landed.. and was told oh they left because we weren't there how about going inside and ask is this flight coming in late..will never use them again.. .. horrible customer ********************** my the owners.. they take no responsibility..

    Horrible company. I was supposed to receive a refund 2 weeks ago for a duplicate charge. Never returns a text or a phone call.

    I ordered a car service for a friend coming in to ****************** last Friday evening. I canceled at the car service and spoke to the owner. He told me that I would be refunded my money. In fact, he said absolutely we are a customer, caring company! I called him back to make sure that my ride was canceled because she received a confirmation saying that she was going to be picked up. I also wanted a confirmation from him that I was going to be refunded. I left him several messages and phone call voice messages . I still have not received my refund for the car service I cancelled. The person I spoke to was down right rude, nasty and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
