I've been subscribing to and recommending IMD/Dodge since 2012! It's important for my company to be proactive and not reactive to potential procurement opportunities. I've used their "Advance" notification feature to identify projects way before they reach the street. This gives our team the time we need to have our Go/No-Go call, meet with the "buyers" and create strategic alliances. There is also a procurement history for professional services for each buyer or agency dating back years! This feature is a great tool to identify which firms have worked with the particular buyer in the past. I have used other procurement tools which were very convoluted and difficult to use. I have found that my IMS/Dodge representative was very knowledgeable and patient as they taught me how to find the specific information I needed on historical data or future projects. I've recommended this service to many of my A/E/C friends, and no one is ever disappointed.Dodge Construction Network

***, one of the service brands under ***, has been an invaluable resource throughout my career, to help me stay on top of current and upcoming projects in my area. They have good insight into funding, ***'s and upcoming projects, before public advertisement. I refer engineering firms to *** consistently, because it's too good of a resource to not share with colleagues. I have always found my *** Representative, ******* *****, to be very customer oriented and is always willing to jump in and help me find the project information I am looking for, when needed. I highly recommend IMS for anyone in need of a comprehensive and user-friendly project procurement service!Dodge Construction Network

I have been working with the Blue Book and Dodge Construction network for one year, and have not been successful in landing any work related to the service. As a marketing tool, it has been expensive and unsuccessful. I reached out by phone to confirm that I didn't want to continue with the service.I recently received an email stating that I had been re-enrolled for another year, and now *** a full years service payment in advance. In the contract they reserve the right to revise pricing as they see fit, and have an onerous cancellation policy. Be careful contracting with these people.Dodge Construction Network

Came through once again!!IMS, a Dodge Construction Network Company, came through for me once again when I needed it the most.Needing to do some intense research quickly in order to make a Go/No-Go decision about a project, I turned to IMS. Our ********** in our company have been utilizing this platform for over five years. I can say that 80% of our jobs that we closed came in through their database. The accuracy with point of contact and communication methods, such as phone numbers and email addresses, has a 95% accuracy rate.Dodge Construction Network

Be real careful, I have had it for two years and haven't landed a single job. I tried to cancel last December and thought it was but have been billed all of this year. I have made many attempts to cancel and they say I have a signed contract, that was auto-renew. I would not have done an auto-renew knowingly.Dodge Construction Network
