  The process of working with the Casper Funeral & Cremation Services was the most positive and constructive from moment one when I contacted them to help me with the final plans for my husband ***********************. The cordial and polite manners combined with excellent work ethics and competence makes me honored to recommend them to anybody facing terminal life issues with loved once.

  My dad did not leave money for his cremation, and after calling many place the price seemed all about the sameuntil I contacted Caspers!They were so kind, and answered my many questions! They were so easy to work with. Everyone I encountered treated me with respect and care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for these services.

  From the first inquiry with *************************** to the prompt delivery of my wife's ashes the service provided by the firm was exceptional. The radio ad, which had led me to contact Casper, made some strong promises, all of which were kindly, professionally and on-time fulfilled.   From start to finish, all staff were kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The men who came to pick up my mom after she passed were patient and professional, as were all the staff who stayed in touch with me. I will recommend Casper to friends and family.

  Casper was recommended and as soon as I made contact I felt at ease. The staff was truly helpful from beginning to end. No surprise charges. Made a hard family loss a lot easier to get through with their compassion and constant contact and assistance. Never seemed perturbed or put off by my questions/calls. Took time to explain processes and kept in contact as promised as things progressed. Heartfelt thanks to Casper and I would recommend them to anyone!

  To All at Caspers, It was the nurse from The hospice Service who suggested I should have a Funeral Facility in mind when my husbands time would cease. The words still sting when you are already aware of a love ones life is coming to their end. That night I was online and Caspers website caught by eye, how ever I found looking at other websites were overwhelming, so I closed out the searches. When I gathered my thoughts to try again I found I had forgot to save website there was something about their website that struck me. I eventually found site and called, I believe it was ******** spoke with Conversation was sincere and honest. Towards the end of conversation he gave me his sons number if I needed help with the Document on line. I eventually tried but was frazzled, so I called his son, he was compassionate, patient, and sincere and kept reassuring if I had any questions now or later to call. My husband past the 23rd of October from beginning to end Caspers was above and beyond professional and Sincere and that goes for their staff, a special heartfelt thank you goes to *****. So the star rating should be To infinity and beyond *****************************

  My wife of 50 years recently passed in hospice care at a long term care facility surrounded by immediate family. We had pre-planned with Casper Funeral & Cremation Services in 2015 and from that time to my call to Casper at 4:25 am on Labor Day morning to picking up my wife's cremation urn and everything in between we were surrounded by the Casper Family and Team. One call at 4:25 am on a holiday morning was all it took to really prove that The Casper Team is the real deal. I recommend pre-planning, completing forms and pre-payment to ease the stress of losing a loved one. I made one call yet members of The Casper Team made numerous calls to us to update on the arrangements and answer additional questions. The gentleman ( a real gentle man) who transported my wife from the care center was professional yet caring and respectful as I and the immediate family stayed with my wife until his arrival. ***** at your office was outstanding. And another generation of Casper's (I believe it was Mark ********************* met us on a Saturday morning at your funeral home to give us my wife's ashes, review documentation and answer questions. The quality services of Casper are indeed a true value as well though the totally positive experience during a difficult period was priceless. My family and I "Thank You So Very Much". ************

  Im so glad I chose these people to help me care for my brothers remains. They were so kind, thoughtful, and helpful. I talked to the owner, ***, who took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I cant say enough about what a great guy he is. Everything was done just as they said it would be. I highly recommend them.

  My Dad was sick and we knew one day his time will come and he would no longer be with us. Casper ******************************** Service was unbelievable wonderful patiences I with all the questions we had. ! really appreciated how they took their time to explain everything and I loved how they handle my dear father!   The Casper family went above and beyond my family's expectations in assisting us after my Mother's passing. I cant say enough about ***** who was so compassionate when I brought items to accompany my Mom in her final journey. Every time I called with questions I felt like I was speaking with a friend of the family.******* Family
