  My family's experience with Casper Funeral Home was extraordinary. There was never a time we were unable to reach either one of the Casper family or a kind worker in the office. Truly, I have never had the owner of a business answer the phone at 10 PM at night which was when I had to call Casper for the first time. The death of a loved one is the most important time for kindness and understanding and that would describe Casper Funeral Service. I would be remiss not to mention the fact that Casper lives up to their advertisements and prices. Indeed, there were no hidden or surprise charges. Also, the Casper family was very generous with their advice and counsel. Thank you Casper from myself and all of my children.

  I highly recommend Casper. At times like this, sometimes people feel pressured into doing what they really didnt think about doing there is none of this at Casper, the process was exactly what I wanted. They kept me informed of where my loved one was in the process at all times. The pick up was seamless and **** was very kind. He explained everything we needed to know.Thank you for the compassion you expressed to myself and my loved one.

  Casper Funeral & Cremation Services is a great business. They are very empathetic, kind and help you in any way they can. I had certain questions and they answered all of them in simple term. The whole process didn't take long at all and they had called me to let me know an average time when I would receive my order and anything else I had to take care of. It was so nice to have a company basically take care of everything for you when you're dealing with the loss of a loved one.I highly recommend.

  My Wife and myself were very grateful to the whole staff at Casper Funeral & Cremation Services as we felt we had nowhere to turn in this time of stress. ******* guided us through every step which helped tremendously with our grief. I have to mention that ***** was so kind and thoughtful and gave us what we thought of as special treatment.

  My Mom was 90 years young and probably in better health than most of us. She suddenly "transitioned" in the Nursing Home in a half day (thankfully) and passed at 8 pm on a Sunday night at which point the facility informed me that she couldn't stay there overnight.Casper had a 24/7 phone concierge who proved to be incredibly responsive and facilitated her pickup and cremation seamlessly.I cannot speak highly enough of how grateful I am for their service, genuine kindness and professionalism during a difficult time for my family.
