      I have worked with Iron Mountain for a long time, and after years of service when I moved my business location the relationship fell apart. They were sending my **** to the wrong place, not servicing my shredding, and continuing to **** me. After I thought we had it all worked out they continued to not service the work, in the end I still needed another company and now I paid two companies to do the work of one. I WOULD HIRE ANYONE ELSE. THIS COMPANY LEAVES ME ON HOLD WAITING FOR A MANAGER FOR NEARLY 2 HOURS, AFTER 3 WEEKS OF TRYING TO GET THEM TO DO THEIR JOB I FINALLY HAD TO REVERSE MY CREDIT CARD CHARGES AND *** THEM. I would suggest using anyone else if you ever need customer service they will not be there for you.

      the good: Nothing....the Bad: after repeated bills that where double what our agreement stated. I spent a lot of time on hold to get the invoices corrected. So I cancelled our service. Because the last pick up was now out of our service agreement time, due to cancelation, they charged double for the final pickup. I am still waiting for the final invoice. I can't access my account to get a copy, because of course my account is now closed. Also they forgot to pickup the bin and i have not been able to get them to pick it up from my business. I am beyond frustrated. Needs minus stars

      i have been a loyal customer for 6+ years......i have utilized their business for storage and retrieval of files,,,i started the closure of my account on may 3/22...it is june 14/22 and my files are still not destroyed ( even though i have paid their high fees for closure).....their customer reps do not return emails nor phone calls in a timely matter......very frustrating, indeed...

      After using their document storage services for decades, I changed to a digital file storage system and removed my hard files from Iron Mountain. Even though I hired an outside company to do this, I was charged a per box fee just to discontinue my storage account. I paid that fee, but continued to get monthly storage bills for months after I discontinued my account with them, removed all of my files and paid their account closing ****. Repeated phone calls did not resolve the problem until I finally reached someone competent to help. That was in 2018. I confirmed with Iron Mountain in writing at that time that my account was paid in full and closed. Now, four years later, I am again receiving bills from them! I have not used their services since August of 2018 and it is now 2022. This company is either completely disorganized or engages in the practice of simply bills busy commercial customers in the hope that their accounts department won't notice. Steer clear of this company unless you want endless headaches.

      Worst company I have ever dealt with. They hold your inventory hostage and pad additional charges for everything. They won't address issues with the client. They spin it like they are doing you a favor for additional costs. **************************************, and ****** *********************************** lack of customer service and upcharge for everything is nothing short of robbery. If they had a negative number, I would apply it. Shame on you Iron Mtn.

      I gave them one star because that was the lowest that I could give them. This has been a horrible company to deal with. I have spent a couple of hundred hours on the phone and each time I get a different person I was quoted one thing to destroy my records somebody else quoted another thing. They say theyll call you back and they dont have set up appointments to speak with people and they never show up and I have been with them for a couple of decades Im completely disgusted
