    Received a fake invoice from them for services we have not received. Be cautious.

    This company is sending an invoice for a service never provided or asking for. They are calling for invoice payment from a phone number that is showing up as repeating numbers and is fake, so they are clearly trying to cover their tracks and not allow someone to call back. I just recieved an email from adaptlet at gmail dot com. If this was a legitimate business they should have their own email address by now, not a personal gmail account. I keep marking their emails as a phishing attempt but they still come through.

    Received an invoice from them for $987.00. We will not pay it. Some type of scam they are running on our company. We have never heard of them before and how they got my name for endorsement. Looked up their website and there's no contact information or number to call.Total scam!

    Total scammers. Just received a "pro forma invoice" in the mail from them for $987.00. They must have called and spoke with our dispatcher asking for information on our business because they referenced her name. Tried calling to say we will not be paying for ******* network optimization" services we never authorized or utilized but no one answers the phone. Beware of AdaptLet! Their address is for a *** store so they must have a mailbox there. I hope they are found out and shut down ASAP.

    We have been receiving fake invoices in the mail at our business addressed to me. I have never ordered anything from them, never heard of them before they started sending invoices. The latest invoice is for $987 for "online monthly ****** network optimization service/software tracking" . If you call their number, the voicemail doesn't even have the Company name, it just says "you have reached customer service department, we are not here, leave a message". They are definitely scamming people! I'm so glad I found these other reviews, wanted to share my experience as well! PLEASE BE CAREFUL! Do NOT give out your payment information!

    Taking time to warn other businesses. Like the review below - they get a name of someone in your organization - then later then call to check the status of the invoice that they sent.No one in our organization contacted them - this is a scam. Wish I would have just hung up on them instead of wasting time looking up status of the " invoice" that they said was due.It is mean and a waste of everyone's time to do this to businesses.
