I was offered a free $35 gift code to use to pick from 3 items and I would have to go use it for being a loyal customer from ****** and it will be in emailed to me and I picked the AAA-ACE gift from Klarna on the Nift site and said it would apply once I checked out but it kept saying enter a valid discount code several times that I tried. Especially since I planned on getting this once I got the money. Then to get this chance for the first year pay with this code was a blessing for me. I figured they offered it to me so I'm owed a replacement and/or at least a usable code emailed to me before the dead line on June 15th which is around the corner. I've emailed and message them several times and they claim someone get back to me and it's been over a week since the on the 15th of May when I'd send the complaints about the code. PLEASE HELP WITH THIS. I REALLY COULD USE THIS PROMOTION MEMBERSHIP WITH AAA FOR MY CAR. I FIGURED THEY OWE ME THAT. I'VE TRIED AND TRIED AND TRIED ????????. HERE'S SOME EMAILS SENT THEM WITH A LAME RESPONSE. Just want to get a usable replacement code ??????. Thanks in advance. P.S. Plus its with also a lame description of how to use the code, smh????. After buying tickets on Ticketmaster I received a $50 NIFT card . I thought it was some kind of scam but figured Id check it out. My first attempt only allowed me to choose from 2 items ( *** reduced membership and CBD ) Neither of these were desirable by me. I contacted them and they sent a new code for me to try. Again, I was allotted 2 choices, neither anything remotely to my liking. I had read NIFT had dozens if not more choices but that was not the case for myself. I decided to choose CBD gummies and to my surprise a credit card was required. How is that a free gift? Putting in credit card information in my opinion only opens the door for unchecked charges that are hard to dispute. This is definitely not a Free Gift from Ticketmaster. I got a nift gift card and was planning to use it for fabletics, it gave me a deal for 2 items for 24 dollars. I looked into the website and was very disappointed to find that the gift card was a default deal just for getting a vip membership and the card itself did nothing at all. Nift was claiming I could use the $30 gift card towards a purchase on *********, one of their choices they offered which they claimed was valid. So I went through the link to claim and _use_ the card, which instead led to choosing my scents and whatever through a short quiz for recommended scents. I get recommended a cologne, I select it and try to click the original link to use the card I was "gifted". So now, it just goes back to the quiz thing again, acting like I didn't make an account for the company--I made one with both Nift and Scentbird, by the way.I ordered, looking for a discount of some sorts, which Nift claimed would be applied to the order after checkout. It didn't work, and now I'm down about $16.50. Simply doesn't work, I think I was scammed by them.Business Response

I use Afterpay to make some purchases. They offered me a $40 gift card from Nift for timely payments. The $40 gift card was for *******************. It says no promo code needed. So I followed the directions and proceeded to checkout and it asked me for credit card information. I re-tried over and over thinking I was doing something wrong. I received a $180 gift code (QWP8-W42P-R1WE) from **************************** to *************** for subscribing to Tinder. I followed the steps outlined on **************************** to purchase FutureHealth' GLP-1 medication (the ONLY thing they sell) but did not see any discount at the checkout. I tried contacting ****************************'s customer support, but only received generic emails as a response. When I tried to as a folow up question the comany stopped responding. I am rejecting business' proposed resolution for complaint #********, since what was stated by business is not correct. Here are my reasons:
1) When I tried to use the coupon 3 days ago on 3/18/25 the coupon was reduced from the original $180 to $60 (see attached screenshot)
2) FuturHealth still does not accept Nift coupon. When I called them and spoke to **** A on 3/18/25 she created an escalation ticket # ****** and promised that someone from FuturHealth would get back to me in ***** hours. I have waited 72 hours so far and nobody has called. When I called the company back and spoke to ***** A, I was informed that no action was done on my ticket.
I am requesting for Nift to issue an additional $150 Amazon gift card to me to resolve this issue of missing $180.

I have several issues with Nift response to my complaint:
1) ******, from Nift writes that I do not respond to their emails. That is a blatant LIE. I did receive an email from Nift on May 14, 2025, after I called BBB to complain that they have not been responding to my complain for over 2 months. I responded right away and provided my cell phone number and my email again for Nift and FuturHealth to reach out to me (see attached printout of the message thread). However, to this day neither Nift nor FuturHelath has reach out to me.
2) ******, from Nift states that FuturHealth has tried to call me and left voicemails on my phone. That is another LIE. I do not have any missed calls nor any voicemails from FuturHelath. I have provided them with my cell phone number and my email address to communicate with me. However, to this day, FuturHealth has not sent me a single email nor left any voicemails for me. In the future I would prefer to have all communications with FuturHelath in writing, so we do not have "he said, she said" scenario again.
3) ******* from Nift states that they reset my gift card. While technically is true, it is not a genuine attempt to resolve the issue, since my gift card was reset form the original value of $180 to $60 and is listed as expired on February 27, 2025, so it is now unusable. I am asking Nift to restore the gift card value to the original $180 that was promised to me and to make the expiration date in the future, not 3 months in the past. Please see the attached printout of the new unusable gift card with much lower value.

As I have said, we are unable to provide a gift card to Futurhealth, so we did not offer one. We did offer you Nift gift codes amounting to a total value of $130, which you accepted and which have been provided to you.
We were also able to speak with representatives at FuturHealth. Their systems show that they have made multiple attempts to reach you, as well as work with you on your payment method, but have received no response from you.

I received a Nift card with an online world of books purchase- it seemed like a scam, and certainly is. I selected fabletics for my redemption option, but the link provided by Nift led to an error page on the fabletics site. From there, no discount was applied to cart. When I went to Nifts contact us page, I was unable to complete the form because the Nift code on the printed card I received is 6 digits, not 12. They sent me another misleading email for my up coming birthday for a "free gift" I clicked the claim now and again pick 2 or more interest, directed to another page to collect my "coupon" for this much off or product for this price. I was offered 3 different things most I won't ever use. I don't drink and I have premium music service all ready. Nift maybe a great company but doesn't tell the whole truth or offer people who are low/no income the convenience of "gifts". Which is explained in the Dictionary

False Advertising. I got a $30 'gift card' from Nift. I chose Fabletics leggings. I applied the gift code, and it changed nothing on the checkout screen. I wrote to them to explain (see original email), and they sent me a new code. I tried that code, but got an 'invalid code' message. I've uploaded their email with the new code, and screenshot of the resulting message. Also, in their email, Nift says: "Your first two items will be $24 with a VIP membership, plus receive 80% off the site when you enroll. " This is the same exact offer available to anyone who is not already a VIP member. (see Fabletics site) Nift has nothing to do with it - this is a Fabletics sale. Nift says there is a gift, but there is no gift. When I tried the initial code I got with Nift's 'gift card offer', it did not reduce the price at checkout at all, and I am not about to pay hard-earned money up front and hope the 'gift' shows up at a later point. It is purely false advertising, and a way to get info for data mining. Nift needs to stop these garbage 'gift' claims, when Nift is likely the only party that gains anything. I will probably get a canned response from Nift and another 'gift card', like thier responses I've seen to other claims. I will, of course, ignore their 'gift' offer.Business Response

So you could grab a $90 fleece sweatshirt and a $125 jacket and still only pay $24, making the value of your gift much greater than $30. You dont need to enter a code. Just follow the Nift link and create your VIP account, which is free for you for the first month and then $60/month after. It can be cancelled at any time.

I received a gift card from Nift. The gift card indicated that it would offer a discounted membership to *** at $19.99 dollars per year. I followed the checkout process and I was charged $57 dollars. The Nift "Contact Us" website does not work. I am requesting Nift correct the charge to $19.99. I would not recommend most people use NiftBusiness Response
