    These incompetent fools don't respond to any email inquiries and refuse to change the gift selection after giving you the option to do so! Disgraceful!

    Our records indicate that you made an inquiry to our team on November 8th, 2023 and our team responded back on November 21st, 2023 with the option to view new gift options. The records indicate that with the new Nift gift code provided, it has yet to be reset on the consumer's end, which allows for you to a new list of categories to choose from. Our team has also just followed up with you regarding your original inquiry to assist the best we can.     Fraudulent emails are being sent to our customers with my business name, ************, via Nift. We have never done any business with Nift nor signed up for any promotional items from Nift. The first time a customer brought an email to our attention was June 27, 2023. Since then, multiple customers have brought the same issue to our attention.

    Nift is sending out emails using my logo offering $30 discount. I did not give my permission for my logo or email list to be used. I need them to take CANDYCANE, LLC off of their list.

    Nift used my business name and logo and send people e mail and give them 30 $ gift card from my store.I never talk with them and aprove this.this is scam .I just want to cancel this.

    Our business clients are receiving emails offering "free gifts" from this company. They are using our logo and business name to send these email invitations. It is saying that "Wellness 360 appreciates their service, so here is a gift." With the senior nature of our clients, I am concerned that they will be scammed with our Logo and information.

    I have not heard directly from the business about my complaint.  After investigation, I found that Mindbody (a scheduling app that we utilize) has partnered with gonift.  Mindbody responded to our complaint and has deactivated gonift from being able to send promotions to our participants. While I do not find it right that we were not notified that this service was sending promotional items to our participants, they did promptly respnd to our request.  So I have reviewed the response submitted by the affiliated business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.

    I used a Nift credit received while using the MindBody app for a Byte impression kit. Before purchase, Nift stated the Byte gift included a teeth whitening kit. The teeth whitening kit did not arrive with my impressions. Byte informed me the whitening kit only ships with the purchased of aligners. Nift failed to state this in the gift selection. I would not have selected this gift if Nift stated the teeth whitening kit only came with purchase of aligners. I have contacted Nift twice and they have not responded.

    Hello,I have tried using the gift card and they could not get it to work. They did not use my credit and rather made me pay for the whole meal. This was a really bad experience, and I would want $15refund. I will be sharing this experience so others dont have to go through what I went through today. Please see the attached receipt. On 10/20/22, our team responded to your original inquiry and provided  an additional $30 Nift gift card. Our records indicate that you never activated this $30 Nift gift card. Upon receiving this BBB complaint, another email was sent on 12/14/22  with additional details pertaining to your Nift gift experience. This email also noted that a 3rd-party $30 eGift card would be sent to your email address, which the records indicate that its since been received and credited to your email address.

    I received an email that I get a $30 dollar gift from offer up gonift.com and I opened it because I use offered app so as I am reading on they write they will give my information to businesses in the area for a $30 gift card it all sounds like a scam to me and I have been hacked by one of their gifts they said scentbird in ******************************************************************************************************************* to gonift.com please.
