On 01/14/2024, I purchased a 5 year Norton Security Premium subscription from Allroundfix, LLC for $299.99 for up to 10 devices. When the renewal for year 2025 became due, they installed Norton 360 Deluxe which only includes 3 devices. After contacting them several times over the past 2 weeks, they will not upgrade me to Norton Security Premium. This is what was agreed on when I bought the services. The original purchase included 1 year free technical service. Now they want to charge me $99 for 1 year for technical service before they upgrade my Norton 360 back to Norton Security Premium. I refuse to be conned out of $99. All I want is my original agreed upon Norton Premium for 10 devices or a refund of the remaining 4 years that I purchased. Beware of Allroundfix......Customer Answer

Dear Customer,
We appreciate the opportunity to address the complaint filed by ***** regarding their Norton Antivirus subscription.
The customer originally purchased a Norton Antivirus subscription for 3 devices for 5 years at an agreed-upon price. This subscription has been active and successfully used by the customer for the past year without any issues.
Recently, the customer approached us requesting a Norton Antivirus subscription for 10 devices at the same price they had previously paid for 3 devices. We clarified that their original purchase covered only 3 devices, as reflected in the invoice, and an upgrade to 10 devices would require an additional payment of $99. Despite our willingness to accommodate their request at a minimal additional cost, the customer declined and subsequently filed a complaint.
We strongly deny any claims of failing to renew their existing subscription, as their original 3-device subscription remains active. This complaint appears to be an attempt to pressure us into providing additional services beyond what was originally purchased.
At Allroundfix LLC, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency in our services. We are happy to resolve any legitimate concerns but cannot accommodate unreasonable demands that contradict the terms of the original purchase.
Thank you for your time and consideration. Please let us know if any further clarification is needed.
Sincerely,Allroundfix
Customer Support Team.

On Feb. 21, 2024 I called Norton because I was concerned that I was spending so much money on Norton 360 plus a number of optional applications. The Norton *** suggested that I call Allaround Fix. (I've called Norton back since having problems with Allaround Fix. They say that no one there would have suggested them, but in fact someone did.) He stated that this was a company with whom ****** worked who could bundle these altogether for a lesser cost. I called them a purchased a "Computer Repair + Norton 360 Deluxe for 5 Years (Firewall Features)" program that covered both my PC and laptop. They installed it on the computers. Since then, they have said that they cannot help me unless I purchase an additional defrag program for another $299+. They call back every few weeks and ask if I am ready to purchase it. I am very disappointed in being told that they would initially take care of everything and then be told otherwise since that initial time. I now believe that I was lied to and wonder why someone from ****** would have recommended them. I now have this 5-year plan at a cost of $99.20/year that I cannot use.Business Response

Dear Customer,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised by our valued customer.
The customer in question purchased a Norton Antivirus software subscription and computer support services from us, and we are pleased to note that she has utilized these services fully and has previously expressed satisfaction with both the product and our support. We believe this reflects our commitment to providing quality assistance and technical support.
The customer has raised this complaint nearly 10 months after her initial purchase, and just before her one-year subscription for support is set to expire. We want to clarify that her subscription remains active, and she is welcome to continue using our support services until the end of the term.
In line with our policies, we do not engage in outbound sales calls to our customers for renewals or additional services. Instead, we send email reminders when subscriptions are approaching renewal to provide a smooth and uninterrupted experience. We view this as a healthy business practice that allows our customers to plan for ongoing protection without pressure.
We are committed to customer satisfaction and remain available to assist her with any ongoing technical support needs for the duration of her subscription.
Thank you for your understanding.Customer Support Team,

Dear ***** *****,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to address your recent concerns regarding your purchase of Norton 2 Years for 3 Devices, made on August 21, 2024, and the technical support provided for your devices.
It seems there has been some confusion regarding the situation. After you purchased the Norton security license, we successfully helped resolve the issue you were experiencing with your computer and phone, including the problem you mentioned about receiving text messages. We also provided continued technical support to ensure your devices were secure.
However, it appears you disputed the entire amount of the purchase and received a refund, despite receiving both the software and support services. While we understand you may have felt that your devices were compromised at the time, I want to assure you that no evidence of hacking was found during our assistance. It seems that, in a state of confusion, you reached out to multiple support channels, which may have added to the misunderstanding.
Given that you have already been refunded the full amount and the services were provided as agreed, its unclear why there is a further complaint. Our aim is always to provide the best service possible, and we regret any frustration you may have experienced.
If there are any remaining concerns or issues that we can assist you with, please dont hesitate to reach out. Were here to help and clarify any confusion that may still exist.
Thank you for your time and understanding.Initial Complaint

Gentlemen, while I agree that they did correct my computer, the fact remains that they held themself out as Norton and charged me $999 for three years of service. ****** obviously did not receive this payment since they charged me in both 2023 and 2024 for the following years respectively. ****** also advised me that they do not offer three year subscriptions. Response from Allroundfix LLC:
Dear ******* Wilson and the Better Business Bureau,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand that customer satisfaction is essential, and we always aim to provide the best possible service.
Regarding the situation in question, we would like to clarify a few key points:
The customer requested that multiple issues with their computer be resolved within a very limited time frame of 10 minutes. Given the complexity of the issues, it was clearly communicated that this was not feasible. Properly diagnosing and addressing the problems required more time than the customer was willing to allow.
Despite the unrealistic expectations, we made every effort to meet the customers needs. However, due to time constraints, the work could not be completed to the customers satisfaction.
As a gesture of goodwill and in the interest of customer satisfaction, we immediately refunded the full amount of $149.99 on the same day of service, even though our team dedicated time and resources to addressing the customer's concerns.
We believe we acted fairly and professionally throughout this process. We regret that the customer is dissatisfied but stand by the level of service we provided. We hope this clarifies the situation, and we remain committed to assisting our customers with their technical needs in the future.
Thank you for your understanding.Sincerely,
Customer Support Team

Response from Allroundfix LLC:
Dear ******* Oury and the Better Business Bureau,
Thank you for the opportunity to address this complaint. We take customer satisfaction seriously and want to provide an accurate account of the situation based on our records.
Initially, we successfully resolved all the issues with the customers computer, including installing a licensed Norton security package with a 3-year subscription. At the time of service completion, the customer expressed satisfaction with the results.
A few days later, the customer contacted us regarding a new issue with the touchpad. Upon diagnosis, we determined that it was a hardware-related problem, which we explained could not be fixed through software or remote means. Given the age of the computer, we suggested two options:
Replacing the touchpad through one of our home technicians.
Considering the purchase of a new computer, as extensive repairs to older devices may not be cost-effective.
Additionally, we assured the customer that if they decided to purchase a new computer, we would transfer the existing support plan and Norton security package at no extra cost. The customer stated they would consider the options and get back to us but has not reached out since.
We believe that we acted in the best interests of the customer by offering practical solutions and transferring their support and security plan at no additional charge. We are still open to assisting the customer further if they choose to move forward with any of the suggested options.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we remain committed to providing excellent service to all our customers.Sincerely,
Customer Support Team
