      Worst decision I ever made going with this company. After the end of my policy I was somehow hit with a $500 invoice that I have no idea why and that Liberty Mutual can't explain other then "It's what's left on your policy" That's cap. Now they have put it on my credit report. No other insurance company I've been with has ever done this before. Don't fall for those slick and catchy tuned commercials like I did. Never again and will not recommend.

      I was in a car wreck on July 16. After stopping at the stop sign and proceeding with caution a non insured motorist clipped my tail end. After I stopped at the stop sign I proceed forward thru the two lanes which were north and south bound. The driver hit me once Id made it thru the south bound and only part of my bumper was in on the yellow lines. I immediately parked and called the police. The motorist got out the car and tried to fight me. I called the police but to no avail. The police said they would not come because of Covid 19 and suggested that both parties contact our insurance companies. I made a police report over the phone as well as the other party. Safeco did not come out to the scene of the accident but instead accepted photos. Safecos claim handler *************************** informed me that she needed pictures because the other driver had the right of way. I told her I seen the other driver approximately a half block away and my passengers says that she was traveling at a high rate of speed. ******* asked me if anyone had any pain and if I needed medical attention. I told her I was just under a lot of stress. When ******* received the photos she said after further review, the other driver was at fault and she could tell this because of the way my vehicle was impacted on the left side only to one specific area. On July 29th She sent total loss paper work and I started the procedure. There has been many phone calls, emails, and texts back and forth and it was very stressful. When I told ******* I wanted to see someone about the stress she said Id need to contact ***************************** this was August 4th. Today August 5th ******* had called me and told me that the liability has changed from the non insured motorist to me and my medical claim has been denied. This means that liability has changed 3 times. I believe this time it has changed because I wanted medical care and I dont feel that this is fair.

      If zero stars was an option!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have been fighting with them since Feb 2022, starting with the auto portion of policy which we are still going back and forth over 27$ they can't explain but I absolutely owe. Now trying to cancel the home insurance part and nothing but a run around. Received letters stating policy was cancelled effective 7/30/2022 *****am for non-payment although it came out of my escrow and have the confirmation from my lender. Upon calling them, "the letter is only a notice and is not actually cancelled, we have the payment" Letter states "Reason for Expiration: Your rejection of offer to renew, this letter confirms that your policy expired." Now in order to get a refund they want proof of other coverage before sending me a check. I have spoke to at least 3 people, not including all the emails, asked for Sup or manager in which "we are a hybrid call center, I am unable to transfer." ok give me your corporate number "we don't have one" ok give me your main office, HR, whoever is the responsible department or I will just file through BBB, AG< or NAIC, gives me number to auto department. Ask them for corporate number which he refuses unless I tell him why. Told him I not going to keep explaining can I please have the number.He places me on hold and never comes back.Run fast and far from this company!

      Don't trust this company. They are a bunch of scammers. If you so much as request a tow you may find them cancelling your policy. Taking the money you pay them and lighting it on fire would serve you better.

      State Auto Dwelling loss - 9/30/2021 To date, State Auto desk adjuster assigned to the claim failed to perform a proper Cause and Origin study. He never came to nor stepped foot into the home to properly inspect the damages. Therefore, cannot intelligently determine coverage. Desk adjuster failed to payout on the claim for what the loss of the value was at the time of the loss so, the claim went to appraisal. Appraiser hired by the insurer failed to be unbiased, failed to conduct her duties and responsibilities under the insurance code of *****, failed to show up to the appointment set by the umpire for appraisal inspection, return emails and phones calls promptly. She was caught on home security video camera stating she didnt know what she was looking at and failed to provide documentation to the umpire when requested. This makes her unqualified to be an appraiser and ultimately resulted in the appraisal process taking more time than it should have. Thus, the home sustained additional damages during the appraisal process. Appraisal award was set but the desk adjuster claims the insurer doesnt owe it so, it has not been paid. Was informed via email and by the manager of the desk adjuster, that they had hired an attorney in regards to the appraisal award and that this person would be in touch. However, upon asking for the attorneys information, found that they didnt have this information. To date no attorney has called but a letter was received from the desk adjuster with State Auto, stating that they are not paying the award when the policy states that once an agreement is made between the appraisers or appraiser and umpire, that sets the amount of the loss. Desk adjuster has violated TPPCA, violated a Letter of Representation and Direction to Pay, violated the ****** State Autos general counsel needs to contact me.

      Liberty Mutural is the worse insurance company on this earth they denied my claim then wrecked my car and refuse to pay for it just low down now since they totaled out my car they trying to say it was already damaged thats bs so they had another party pick it up first Gerber collision center and they claim my car has been totaled out before and tried to put it on my car lot but I got the car fax report and my car has never been in a wreck so they lied because they had started the damage to my car in their yard first after Liberty Mutural sent there disrespectful driver to go pick it up they finished my car off and broke the whole wheel flat my back tire and got my keys stuck in the ignition of my car they just dropped my car in the middle of the street turned the wrong way didnt knock on my door didnt call me on the phone to let me know my car was here didnt text or email me to notify me that they was on the way with my car instead they dropped my car and pulled off in a hurry because they know they was in the wrong on top of that instead of trying to find the driver that dropped my car off to see about how they handle my car they just keep refusing to pay so now I either have to try and pay for the car myself or *** them because I do have eye witnesses on what condition my car was in before they put there hands on it

      Liberty mutual is truly a disgusting company! I was hit by one of their clients, I have been without my vehicle for 2 weeks and they are only offering to pay for a portion of the cost! I have not been in accident in 20 years but I dont remember insurance companies not covering the damage their clients cause. I truly can not believe these people are still in business, 10/10 wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy! Imagine getting hit by their reckless client and they are trying to force me to come out of pocket several hundred dollars!!!! My vehicle would have no reason to be fixed had I not been hit by their client. Absolutely disgusted!

      Do not trust liberty mutual !!! I got full coverage on both my vehicles and one in particular they said would be covered no matter what. I told them it was a toy and used for off-roading , oh sure we got you covered so I bought full coverage After spending ***************** the gila river half under water a tow company showed up to winch me out and drove the jeep home, 726$ later liberty mutual sends me 50 bucks !!!! What the f*** ?? I have full coverage is what they told me !!! Im drooping theyre ***** . DO NOT TRUST LIBERTY MUTUAL

      They decided to cancel our home insurance on us during a pandemic when they knew things would be delayed because our house isn't built. The framing is done and yet they want to leave us hanging without insurance. Dont go with liberty

      I pay monthly 231 woke up to 800 something took out my account! They pulled 4 payments not authorized !!!! Left my account negative. Had to be on the phone with a bunch of idoits who say oh sorry but are telling me they will refund it and it will take days to be in my account !!!! Dont trust them as they will do that to someone else again and leave your family struggling. I had to borrow gas money to make it to work due to them taking everything I had on my account !! And I gotta wait on my money for days ???? I repeat do not ever do auto pay with them ~ Going to st farm who dont illegally take from customers like library mutual does . Dont trust them
