      Horrible payment portal. My hair grew three inches longer while waiting, no joke. I finally asked for a return call and did not receive any. This is the worst payment portal phone number and system I have ever dealt with.

      Lousy customer service. Plenty of excuses. Plenty of lying from each of the teams. Onboarding can take 3-6 months depending on how many teams formations are needed. If you choose this one for your EMR, good luck because you will need it.

      worst company ever, they are not working for you. they wont help you in anyway, they just want your money and that's it. their pricing is through the roof every month. they should get 0 stars. is there not a governmental agency that we can complain about this company and their practices. *********** should investigate them.

      They have shady illegal billing practices and give an attitude when you question them about it. They are the worst company for patients trying to s**** you what ever way they can!! I submitted a complaint about them to my state they cannot just expect people to pay whatever amount they want you to.

      WORST COMPANY EVER for health care service. I was forced to convert my profile from Seton iconnect patient portal to an Athena health patient portal. This portal is causing so many issues with our accuracy and there are so many technical issues with it. I called the numbers provided for customer service online, and selected all the options for patients, and when I was connected to a representative they blatantly disregarded me time and time again regarding the technical issues. They claimed that I was on the provider line (which I wasn't), I asked for the correct number to contact and they refused to give it to me. They kept telling me to call me provider (who doesn't work on Athena health websites), and then they gave me fake names such as "Win Love". They continued to talk down to me as a person when I explained that the rep was giving a fake name when I asked her for rep ** number she refused saying she felt unsafe! Unsafe because she was being disrespectful to a patient? Unsafe because when I report this she could lose her job? Perhaps. No one should be treated like this over basic customer service questions. I feel unsafe because this company has access to my and my family's personal medical information and if they are this careless over basic customer service how can I trust them to safeguard my personal information? I feel violated and as if retaliation will happen. They will be held responsible if so.

      Went to minute clinic for vaccination and now I am receiving bill after bill with them claiming we are not active. We are active, they have a copy of the insurance card and are still not billing the insurance company. They say they have submitted a claim, funny no claims are showing under my account. This company is worthless. I will never go to minute clinic again for any service. They really need to get their stuff together and hire actual billers to perform the work instead of giving me the run around. I have wasted so many hours on this. And to top it off the wait time is 2 hours for contact. I'm done. CVS fire AthenaHealth! AthenaHealth go bankrupt or hire new staff!

      Worst insurance company when have complaints. When went to the doctor, and tried to see my results for a test I had retake a second time. I had to administer the test myself, because the doctor refused to do it. My account got deleted after the doctor put false information in my file my previous visit, so I looked at results of the second test. It said everything was fine after I administer the test myself and I saw my results for 2nd test. I noticed the previous false results the doctor put on my file was deleted, a few days later I tried to login my account. My file was deleted from the system.

      Athena Health is the worse company ever. I would definately rate them a Zero if I had that option. As a Nurse Practioner, I went onboard with them thinking they were my best option. what a horrible mistake and experience that was. The onboarding team is truly useless and lazy. They do absolutely nothing exept pressure and threaten you in every meeting. when I call them on their nonsense and on how unhelpful they were , they decided to drop me one week before going live date. They wasted so much of my time. I would never recommend AthenaHealth to a health care provider and strongly encourage anyone thinking about them to use someone else.

      Minus 5 stars. I am a patient. I started seeing a new doctor who uses AthenaHealth. When I logged into the portal from the link they sent me, I had to put in a new password. After doing that, I lost the records and ability to find my other doctor who is also with Athena. My new provider could not help me figure out how to get the prior doctor's **** back, and gave me Athena's number. The customer service rep said she didn't know and to call the provider. Then she said to hold on for a few minutes and came back with the same answer. I finally figured it out myself. If I log in from the actual website and not the link from the doctor, I can access the other doctor's ****. Huh. Seems like a pretty easy answer but apparently too difficult for Athena's customer service team. I am sure I am not the only one experiencing this. Should have been ****rmation they had available.

      Worst company you can deal with. **************** is horrible. Been months with no resolution.
