      I find it extremely unethical that I am getting banned from the company to Shop because they said that I purchased too many sneakers and I am a reseller. I don't think it is fair for them to accuse me of such a thing. They also said that they did not appreciate my buying habits for going to the store every single day. I don't think this is constitutional or ethical to be able to control somebody to not be able to shop at their store. They told me I'm allowed to walk in the store, but I'm not allowed to spend any money for example, if I wanna buy a pair of socks, I'm not allowed to buy socks if I wanna buy two shoes I can't if I wanna buy a shoe for my family. I'm not allowed to. they banned me from the store simply because they identified me as a Sneakerh reseller which I never admitted to however They don't want my business and they told me that I'm not allowed to shop in any other locations.

      The money I spend for this pair was a waste. I spent hours at their store to be sold a poor quality pair of shoes.

      I would give zero stars if I could. Shoes are falling apart on the sole after wearing for one month. Lookin g for a replacement and they offered only a 50% discount on a new pair.They refuse to continue the conversation other than give me a discount on another product which is just a sales manipulation. POOR over priced PRODUCT. ZERO customer service

      I purchased two pairs of sneakers. I received one pair of sneakers in a box. I was given one tracking number which I thought may be both pairs of sneakers will be in one box however I only receive one pair of sneakers in one box and they are trying to tell me that both pairs of sneakers were delivered. I try to contact them and yet they have not answered. I dont want my money back. I want my pair of sneakers however I did receive one pair.

      Outlet store ***************. Sign says "Buy 1 Get 1 50% off". No fine print. Try to check out with 2 pair. One pair not eligible.Honor the sign or take it down. Bait and switch ... Illegal ?? I'm not a lawyer. Really deceiving ... absolutely !!! Keep your shoes. Great business practices.Reviewing you on every platform I can find. DON'T BUY NEW BALANCE SHOES !!!

      ****************** policies where I cannot exchange an order (at my expense) for a proper sized shoe, without paying the current price (which is a whopping ****** more) is extremely poor customer service. It's the exact same shoe, it didn't fit, and was ****** cheaper two weeks ago when I ordered. It's almost impossible to accurately size a shoe without trying it on, ESPECIALLY new balance shoes which vary widely in fit across models. I understand why they don't offer free returns from ***** New Balance Outlet (their discount store), but refusing to work with customers on returns is atrocious business practice. Even when I asked to purchase them and have them price adjusted to my original purchase price after the fact, I was told it was "not possible" anything is possible if you care enough about your customer, and this isn't exactly a heavy or difficult ask. I have been a **** customer for more than ten years and a new balance customer most of my life. I will actively avoid purchasing products where possible from **** and New Balance in the future.

      I've been wearing New Balance shoes for 40 + years. I always tried to buy shoes that were made in *******. For the last fifteen years, I have bought mostly 1540s. The shoes were wonderful and lasted a long time.The last three have been garbage. Within seven months, the seems started splitting. The first time, I just thought that I got a lemon and threw them away. The second pair, I tried to glue back together. That didn't work. This latest pair fell apart at the seams after only a few months.I do not work or play sports. I can not walk more than block at a time.I got this last pair thru my Foot Doctor and ********* Until then I've paid top dollar for all of my New Balance shoes.I don't know if the defects are the result of moving the 1540 out of the country or not, but they are junk.I now have to find a new shoe ************ assured, I will pass this information along to my Foot *************** and anyone else who will listen.I have pictures if needed.

      Bought some shoes in December, had to get a refund cause I was sent the wrong size. Placed the refund in January **** and got an email saying my refund had been processed on Jan 19 but didnt get my money. I sent emails and ofc got no response, I called to ask if it would be a problem since I changed my card but my acct number was the name so they said no that there shouldnt be a problem. No one told me you should have received the money by now but here I am Feb 22 spoke to 3 people including a supervisor and they are telling me I should have received it and thats it just deal with it. 0 stars you would think these big companies would better but I see they have 1 star anyway. In addition you can barely hear what they say and when I said I spent $100 with you guys and I cant receive my refund *************** says it was $97 like that makes it better ?

      I placed an order for my son on 11/3. I received order confirmation stating that my order would ship within 2 business days bc the shoes are available . Here I am, 11/14 after speaking with 5 people and my order still hasnt shipped. Its still showing processing which is the first step. I wished to cancel and purchase elsewhere bc I needed the shoes by a certain date but unfortunately I cant! They claim I can not cancel the order bc its past the 1hr timeframe to do so, but they cant give me any updates on shipping either. I was told to call back after the 5th business day. Upon doing so I requested a supervisor which stated that although its past their shipping timeframe, the order CAN NOT be cancelled. I can return to sender once shipped for a refund. I explained to them that I can not cancel the order, they dont have an idea when Im getting the order, which left me to purchase shoes in store. Now Ive spent money twice. I was told the order would automatically cancel itself after 30days. I dont have 30 days!! Its the holidays!!! I explained that this was unacceptable and not fair to me as a customer. I was offered a discount code for the inconvenience only after I suggested it. This is poor customer service and bad business. How can you not have any order updates after 11 days and refuse to right your wrong! Also the agent I originally spoke with was not on mute and stated that this woman wont get off the phone! All I want is my money or my sons shoes $167! At this time I have neither!!!! New Balance needs to change its policies to something that makes sense. It seems theyre aware of the poor service they provide so they have this flawed cancellation process in place!!!! Horrible company
