Complaint Type: Failure to pay for services rendered Customer Type: Business-to-Business Summary: Non-payment for cleaning services and lack of communication Complaint Details:I provided cleaning services for Stay Nue on 06/05/2025. After the service was completed, I was informed that payment had been sent. However, my bank has no record of receiving the funds, and the trace ID provided has yielded no results.I have contacted both the individual responsible and their finance department multiple times requesting clarification and resolution. Despite this, I have not received a response that adequately addresses the issue, nor have I received payment for services already *********** a small business, I rely on timely payments and transparent communication to operate. This clients failure to communicate and follow through on payment has caused undue stress and financial strain.I am requesting immediate payment in full for the services provided. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I will consider pursuing further action through collections or small claims.Desired Resolution: Full payment of the outstanding balance owed.

Operating as Stay Nue ****** with Expedia and with VRBO. This was the worst experience I have had. The company requires a picture of both my husband and my photo ID. After booking and paying, the key pickup location changed from "around the corner" to a 20 min walk from the location. We had a ton of luggage, it would have been at least a 45 min walk both ways. We paid our Lyft driver an extra $10 to drive to the new location for the key. We finally arrived to the rental building. This place is accessed by a small door between a Pizza place and an Irish Tavern on a very busy street. As soon as we opened the door to the building we noticed an extremely steep set of stairs. NO ELEVATOR. Our unit was on the third floor...so two extremely steep sets of stairs. We had backpacks and three large pieces of luggage for a month long journey. I have a fusion in my neck and weight lift limit; my husband has a bad back. After we got up the first flight of stairs, I noticed the former elevator with the door and buttons painted over. By the time we got to the third floor, we were both out of breath and sweating. The door to our unit was wide open. I texted our contact, "***" who apologized for "not mentioning" there was no elevator. Things got worse from there and after maintenance never showed for the clogged bathroom sink, "***" just stopped responding. This company simply refuses to respond. So, here's the big deal: the unit that we rented was taken off the Expedia site, so I can't leave a review with all of the photos I took of this dump. Other units are still listed with fraudulent information about how they pay their cleaning and maintenance staff top $ to keep their units in great shape and still no mention that there are NO ELEVATORS.

Worst experience I've ever had with a short-term rental. I rented from a subsidiary of Voyage (or maybe the same company rebranded? Hard to tell) called StayNue (formerly MyBostonTrip) while in ****** for a conference. They asked me to pay a $100 cleaning fee, which was nearly the price they were asking for my 3-day stay so I expected the room to be nothing short of immaculate. I was severely disappointed. The bed was unmade, there were crumbs in the sheets (despite the Housing Manual threatening a $250 fine for eating in the rooms), and there were dirty towels left on the nightstand (despite another stipulation of cleaning up after yourself, also punishable by a $250 fine). In short, it was a pigsty.I then contacted the company asking for a refund, because there was no way I was paying a $100 cleaning fee after arriving to that mess and I had no intention of staying in the room. The representative I contacted told me that they could not give me even a partial refund, but they did promise to send a cleaner. I am not sure if the cleaner ever arrived, but they did not show up within the hour it took me to contact Bookings.com (since I made the reservation through them), cancel my stay with StayNue, and find a new place to stay. It wasn't until the next day, after I told them in multiple ways that I was going to contest the charges and then started the process with my bank, that I finally got a call from another representative saying they could offer me a refund. Even then they shorted me $10, not sure why they didn't just give me the full refund at that point but I guess they're just cheap and bad at customer service.I have never said this about any other business, but I emphatically encourage everyone to at all costs avoid StayNue, MyBostonTrip, Voyage Management LLC, or whatever name they want to go by next. They may be cheap, but you get far less than what you pay for.
