  We purchased a split king which came with a 25 yr warranty. Within the first year both mattresses were sagging in the middle. The company replaced the mattresses. This happened two more times within 2 years. The company changed their manufacturer and replaced the mattresses. We are now 2 years out from the last replacement and one of the mattresses is horrible. The company now wants to charge $450 to deliver the new mattress making changes to the warranty we signed on for. We were wiling to pick up the mattress as all the manufacturers theyve had were in ****** but now they claim theyre made in **********. Since these mattresses dont hold up I think our best recourse is to purchase a different mattress locally that will hold up for a bit more. This was s $7,000.00 bed, we expected much more than it delivered and would caution anyone not to purchase ****** an aside, It says on the BBB site that you have 3 days to back out of the purchase but you are told there are no refunds.

  I had written a review on here 2021. I have been having issues with this company since then. I wrote about the lack of customer service and the inquiry of making smaller payments due to me having medical issues that impacted my finances. I was blackmailed and removed it. I have been trying to reach out to them now for 1 year. I have the mattress under warranty and now I am unable to get any assistance that is due to me. I have spent too much money not be comfortable and need to have a response as soon as possible. I I have filed a claim now with my courts here in *********. I have a severe medical condition that requires me to sleep a certain way. Since I have been in need of a new mattress my seizures, migraines, and lack of sleep have returned. I have followed all requests asked of me via email and/or text. This is not a good company to work with if you live out of state. Please rethink before you get caught in a mess.

  ******* sales and delivery teams! Just got bed and massage chair today. Cant wait to try them out! Bought them at the fair yesterday and they were delivered today! Nice people to deal with??

  BUYER BEWARE! All sales are final with this company! You CANNOT return the bed if it does not work for you. We bought a Split King and tried it for 45 days, the mattresses did not work for us. I am not saying the product won't work for anybody...just not for us. Unlike 90% of other bed companies there is no sleep guarantee from AST, and we are stuck with an overpriced bed that neither of us is happy with. Tried to work it out with the boss over there. His solution was send me different mattresses that we already knew would not work. No thanks. Too bad, he seems like a decent guy, but the policy is prohibitive. Our workable solution will be to keep the very good adjustable base and swap out the mattresses. Colossal waste of money!! I made a huge mistake.

  Truly an amazing product! This is the best bed Ive ever slept on. American made and exceptional quality. I have found that the variety of sleeping positions and the *************** of the mattress are incredible!We are so glad we made the investment and highly recommend both the product and the company.

  What can I say, This bed was one of the best purchases I've ever made. The price was one of the reasons I almost walked away from the deal but I'm glad my wife insisted on the bed. Its been over a year now and after a few winter colds, nights with acid reflex and days of just normal every day back and leg pains, I wish I would have considered this mattress sooner. My wife and myself are both over the age of 70 so acks and pains are a normal every day thing, so a good night sleep is very important to both of us, this bed comes thru.

  Honestly this is one of the best investments that my wife and I made together. We purchased the split king two years ago and never had any problems. When we saw this bed at local fair, we were skeptical because we always thought these types of adjustable beds are for people in their 80s and 90s who can't get out of bed, but we found out that we use the bed for reading, doing our research on our laptops or business, and watching movies in the bedroom with some popcorn and snacks. Also, my wife has said that it helped her significantly with her mobility after she had surgery, so this was a huge help because I was at work a few times and she needed to get up to use the bathroom and you know that in a conventional bed you need a harness to get out of bed if you are injured.OK, so that seems great but for 10K that seems a little high for a bed, right? Wrong!!!It's a bedchoffa (bed, chair, sofa)This is a whole new sleeping experience phenomena for all generations to experience. look around tempurpedic cost the same price but doesn't offer a better value warranty and flexible financing offers, this is a no brainer.We're talking about your health here your back. This bed will last you a lifetime and you will never have to buy another bed and when you do get older, you'll be able to get in and out of bed more easily with the remote controls to prop you up.Sure, this company may have had a few hiccups like every company, but when you buy an expensive car, and it breaks down there are some things that are out of the dealers control when it comes to getting parts that are not in the warehouse. What matters is that they're doing everything in their power to make it right and that's what is important.Remember this company does not make the parts and components that make the bed.The investment was well worth every *****.   I purchased my bed today at the BigE. We worked with ****************************. It was a pleasure from start to finish. No pressure and we got a great deal. We are coming out of a sleep number bed, we can't wait for our new American Sleep Therapy bed to arrive!
