This company fraudulently charged my ***** account for $96. I have not done business with them nor have I heard of them. I do not know how they would have gotten my Venmo information as I have never used that account as a payment method for anything other than between friends. Clearly the company has done this in the past as evidenced by the many complaints here, and it reeks of a scam.

Please note that records on our side state the following:
our system issued eight (8) charge attempts with your Venmo. All eight were canceled due to insufficiency of funds. Thus, we never actually charged you. What you see is notifications on failed charge attempts, not actual charges.
Our Billing Support has just canceled your subscription/account with us, so there won't be any further charge attempts.
If you need more information on this case, please email ********************************** (since you had a subscription not with airSlate itself, but with our other product, see **************************).
We hope this settles the case!

I utilized this online PDFFiller service for one time. I cancelled the subscription. PDFfiller erroneously billed without notification. Once billed, I cancelled the new subscription and contacted customer support for a refund. The company responded that I needed to send them proof of payment through PayPal. The information requested is what they already had. I believe their inability to notify the customer of a coming payment and even requesting information they already have record of are deceptive practices, in my feedback to the company, I noted that all subscriptions I now have notify me of the coming charging. **************** is important. PDFfiller struggle with transparent practices.AirSlate, Inc

**** hi! We apologize for the delayed response. It took some time to find you in our system of records, actually, since your subscription and last charge from us were back in 2021. Are you talking about those charges from three years ago? If you have a newer account, it must have been under another email/name. Please let us know those, so we could provide a more detailed and meaningful reply.
At this point, we would like to note though that we do have email notifications informing users about the charges. And we had those three years ago as well.

2 starsMisleading advertising states that the PDFFiller service is free. Instead it required credit card information for a free trial, and only told me after I had made edits I wanted to save. After I accepted the trial, and when trying to cancel, the website makes you confirm three times, and uses obnoxious user interface to try to hide the 'cancel' button under a much larger 'continue subscription button'. The cancel button wasn't even outlined, it was just blue text in a small font under the larger button.The service itself worked OK for a one-time use, but these tactics ruin the experience and make me want to look elsewhere.Review fromSuzanne G
