I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. I was contacted almost immediately by a **** ***** from pdfFiller/AirSlate that verified my information and resolved my problem. I had the money credited back within a few days. I received an email from VENMO this past weekend that I was charged $144.00 from this AirSlate, Inc. I have never received services, ordered anything from them nor have any knowledge of their company. This company is fraudulent and I have reported it.
