    The company sent the wrong engine, I called and emailed and I was told it matches the vin so it will be fine until the mechanic tried to install the engine and it was not fine. It is almost a month later and we have not gotten a replacement item or our money back. Just a weekly run around. Every time I mention refund, they try to give me words like it will be sent today in a few hours, engine is being inspected & etc. Today, 5/12 I was told that the shipping is too much for them to ship my item right now and I have to wait for costs to come down. I cant wait, my wife is about to have my baby any day now and he wants me to keep waiting for an engine.

    On 03/14/25 I Ordered a transmission for my 2016 ******** ats. Needed an 3.6 liter transmission because thats the type of motor thats in my car. I filled out a survey on ************************** put my information in, they call me and tell my that they have one in stock for my exact car. So they ran my vin number for my car they confirmed that it is in stock and would I like to purchase it.? I tell them yes. Price for transmission was ***** . Made the purchase, they told me it should be out to me shortly within ten business days. Ten days go by, now Im calling them to see where my item is. They me I have to confirm picture in my email to confirm order.. I do that, waited another week, no transmission. so I call they tell me it shipped out and it never did waited another week for it to actually get to me and when it gets here its the wrong transmission it goes to a completely different model car than what I have. So now the past two weeks Ive been going back and forth with them on resolving my issue and theyre giving me no resolution at all but telling me to submit photos and promising that someone will call me back and I never receive any call backs. every time I call its the same thing submitted photos and no resolution.

    I have been trying to get my money back from a canceled ordered since April 4th, they keep sending emails saying they will send shortly. I tried to order a motor from them and they never shipped so I canceled the order, now I can't seem to get my money back, they keep telling me the same story that it has sent or that my bank has refused the payment

    Hello Sirs, my name is ******* ****, I need help regarding this company where I bought an engine for my *** 4.4L X5 2001, I bought the engine from them December *******, it arrived last January 27, 2025. Upon arrival my mechanic installed the engine was bad the cylinder #3 not good. They told they will send me an engine class A Certified. It is April now I didnt get the replacement engine. I need help. Thank you.

    Jan.7, 2025 I paid ***** for a transmission that has not yet been received and been lied to about the shipment.
