    I was looking for an engine for my sons charger. One of my friends told me to call optimal auto parts . They gave me an engine with low mileage for a great price and amazing customer service. I will definitely be using them again.

    Urgent Complaint Regarding of Optima Auto Parts !I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an extremely disappointing and troubling experience that I recently encountered with your company, Optima Auto *********************** name is Ezzattullah ******, a resident of ******, *****. I recently contacted Optima Auto Parts in search of a transmission for my 2021 ****** Highlander. After a conversation with one of your representatives, we agreed on a price of $3100, which later increased to $3600 including tax. After confirming the details and awaiting the shipment, I was shocked to receive a call informing me that the transmission we had agreed upon was not in good condition and could not be sent to me.What followed was a series of misleading and dishonest tactics from your representative, including attempting to charge me an additional $4900 for a different transmission. Not only was I appalled by this sudden price increase and unethical behavior, but I also discovered that the individuals representing your company are not based in the **, as they falsely claim to be.I have recorded all interactions and have substantial evidence to support my claims. I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by your company throughout this transaction. I demand an immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund of any payments made. Failure to do so will result in legal action, including filing a complaint with the relevant authorities and pursuing legal recourse against Optima Auto Parts.I urge you to review your business practices and ensure that such deceitful conduct is not repeated with other customers. It is essential to uphold honesty and transparency in all dealings to maintain a reputable and trustworthy business image.I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation promptly. I look forward to your immediate response and a resolution to this matter without further delay.

    I bought a transmission for my ****** legacy ********* help me with my shipping and I installed my transmission and so far my ****** is driving good thanks to optimal auto part for their business totally recommend

    I bought a used engine; I was told that the engine was tested for NO LEAKS. I had my service guy remove my bad engine and install theirs. Within 10 minutes the coolant leaked out. The Internal water pump was bad, Optimal said that the warranty was for the engine, not accessories. but they never said that the water pump should be changed, NOW I have to pay to remove the engine (because the water pump and timing chain are internal). Buy the parts and reinstall the engine. Instead of this costing me $1300 for the engine and $1500 for the labor it is no more like $3500 for labor. They are terrible with responses to emails and calls.

    It has been a horrible experience, I ordered an engine from this company I asked repeatedly on a recorded line on speaker phone with my wife listening, about receiving the entire engine they had online. The engine was a 2.0l turbo motor for my 2002 ****** Impreza, I was told I would receive the intake, and throttle body along with all the censors, as well as the turbo. They shipped me a long block I had to call multiple times to get them to send me my intake with the throttle body with the sensors included plus charged me an additional ****** for the turbo that was supposed to be included for the engine to run when I got a hold of them they told me their mechanic did not know those parts came on the engine. I also paid ***** for a home delivery with a drop deck box truck but was delivered in the back of a pick-up truck where my self and my son had to manhandle this motor into my yard. Also, the customer service was not very nice. I would not recommend this company to anyone else due to the poor service I received

    I am currently in the process of disputing a purchase. I purchased a used engine from Optimal, they guaranteed that the engine was tested for no leaks, I paid to have the engine installed (after removing the bad engine), and immediately the engine began to leak anti-freeze from the defective water pump, which is an internal water pump inside the engine and supplied by the vendor, At this point they are not returning phone calls or emails, Not looking for a full refund but definitely a credit back of my purchase, Contact with caution... ********* Kasper, and ********* were the people that I have worked with at this point.
