Based on my experience in those similar experiences in the other reviews, it seems clear to me that Keurig is **** with unethical business practices. I have spoken to multiple career representatives about my K supreme plus. After 5 months the device failed completely. The warranty provided with the device clearly states that it's 12 months, yet my broken Keurig is only 5 months old. The first representative incorrectly told me my Keurig was out of warranty, and tried to convince me to take a 25% discount on a new machine instead, so I pulled the documentation and called back. Second representative gave me an email address to send a copy of my receipt. Did that, got an email back asking for the two photographs as mentioned in other reviews, I provided what they asked immediately and then crickets. No response from Keurig. I finally called back again and this agent tried to convince me to take a 50% off discount instead of getting a warranty replacement. Once again I refused and asked that my incident be escalated. She said someone from corporate would be reaching out to me very soon. That was another untruth. It's now been over 2 weeks of trying to get Keurig to do the rightful and legally appropriate thing and honor the warranty they provided with their product.Keurig Green Mountain, Inc.

Ive mad several attempts to speak with someone in regards to my Keurig but had been unsuccessful. My keurig slim is about 3 yrs old. I contacted the company because in the off mode my machine is still running. The only way to stop it is the unplug it from the outlet source.Keurig Green Mountain, Inc.

1 starI had an old Keurig for over 10 years work great. I moved and needed a smaller Keurig. I purchased my Keurig June 5, 2021 and my Keurig stop working last week. Keurig said if I took a photo of my Keurig and serial number they would replace my **********************. I sent them all the required information. Received an email that I must show that I received my Keurig. I don't have that information. I have my receipt and bank statement. I will never order another Keurig. **************Review fromTeresa L

1 starMember with an account at Keurig for over 5 yes. Have ordered Coffee Pods online via Keurig.com well over 5 yrs BUT every single time I have ordered coffee online with Keurig via my account within the last 3yrs+, Their ONLINE platform NEVER processed/completed secure checkout using valid **** (which is used successfully on all other online accounts with other vendors. I then CALL Keurig's cust service (pretty much awful) spend ***** minutes (complete waste of time) to go round & round just speaking with reps to somehow get them to charge **** I had already input within my account with them (online) The **** is also a "saved" charge account within my profile account settings with my tenured Keurig account. Something is OFF with entire process! It's graduated to beyond bad! Is this where US companies are at presently? Higher ineffective "cust serv reps" who just repeat what they can visualize online etc., yet progress slowly or unsuccessfully on just 1 (should be easy) online account transaction? Perhaps FRAUD or some type of shananigans are in place by Bad Actors employed or contracted out by Keurig! They then end unsuccessful call stating "Someone" will call us back . Well.. who knows who calls back & how legit the "call back" really is! Keurig, why even have online presence or platform ? Fix it!Review fromPat G.

1 starWhen I first start doing business with Keurig it was a great relationship my account was on auto ship until realize that I was receiving the coffee to often so in January of 2021 I stopped my auto ship however the credit card that I was using for these transaction was charged on 7/31/22 and I never received any coffee. I have made many attempts to get a refund but their telling me they don't see any orders on my account I received 3 voicemail message from them with a reference number and a extension and when I tried to make contact I was told they don't have 5 digit extensions all I want is my money back. I have a problem with my Keurig K supreme singleserve coffee maker. The descaling light will not go off, I called your representative and they walk me through the process using your descaling solution twice I did it with them on the phone , did not work after hanging up I try it with the white vinegar no success. Ive been in communication with them for several months to no avail I keep getting the same people they tell me different instructions on how to return it, finally I thought I received the right instruction I emailed them according to their instruction with a picture of my Keurig Coffee Maker serial number Proof of purchase multiple times wrong email address will not go through. I purchased the Keurig supreme plus Coffee Maker through QVC on 11 /06/2021 . Its been months since Ive been able to use my Keurig coffee maker, you sent me the form and how to return it but I do not have the right email the email that you sent me refers to your webpage! So disappointed red reviews and there are multiple reviews and the dis scaling that is not working, yet you cannot get through the company to talk to somebody that will help you they keep referring to the same instructions that I have been following for months to no avail !!! Horrible customer service. I had a ********************** brewing system that I paid $200 for. Broke in less than 2 years. I was told by a rep and via email that if I sent a photo of serial number and proof of purchase with a photo that included the system, my name, date and phone number they would send me a new system and I could discard the broken one. I did just that, and then was told that would be unacceptable that I NOW have to send it back before they would send a new one. I called back and was told I would have to speak with a supervisor and they would call me back, NO ONE EVER DID. I called for 4 days and was told to hold for a supervisor and then no one was available and was told they would call me back. I finally got ahold of them today and they WOULD NOT honor what was in the first email that was sent to me. I was told I should have never been given the option in the first email by sending pictures of proof of purchase that would be good enough for the warranty. Keurig has gone back on their word. This company is DISHONEST and I would never recommend their products or this company.Keurig Green Mountain, Inc.

They have false advertising on the website. They have a K-Classic Coffee Maker on the website for $99.99. When I called they said it was $149.99. I got 20% off the one that I have. Not $99.99 because it is out of warranty. I can attach the Ad that they are running. It does not state anything different. Do not trust that company. Paid $300 for a drinkworks machine 12 months ago only to find out they discontinued it. I received no notifications or reimbursement:Just spoke to corporate and was politely told basically pound sand.Enjoy that $300.Ill never but another product with the Keurig name or logo and Ill let everyone know anytime that name it mentioned.Next stop is social media reviews.Keurig Green Mountain, Inc.

On 12/15/21, Drinkworks made the difficult decision to close and discontinue the sale and production of its ********** machines and accessories. Drinkworks provided an opportunity for reimbursement of Home Bar purchases that is unfortunately no longer available. Additionally, the Drinkworks business is now closed. Regardless of where you purchased your Drinkworks Home Bar, the refund offer was only available directly through Drinkworks. We apologize that we are unable to assist any further.Review fromNick C.

Zero Stars!! Drinkworks closed down without notifying people about this decision. I went to buy more pods and found out it was discontinued. Then I find out they had a refund for those that bought the machine. Except it only lasted for 2 months. I was never notified about the refund. I bought the machine directly through Keurig. They handled this very sneakily. The right thing to do was to notify everyone and give at least a year before ending the refund program. Now I have a machine that cost $300, that works perfectly, but is absolutely useless. And the BBB cant help because I bought it over 365 days ago. Really?Keurig Green Mountain, Inc.
