      My iPad Pro had a cracked screen. I asked iFix and Repair to replace the screen. They charged me $300 plus tax to replace the screen. Two days later, the iPad stopped working entirely. I brought it back to iFix and Repair. They said it was a software issue and I should go to the Apple Store. The Apple Store then diagnosed the problem as a hardware issue and said this was common after screen repairs done by third parties. When I went back to iFix and Repair to explain what Apple said, iFix and Repair took no responsibility for the device not working so soon after their screen repair. The person (Isuf?) accused me of damaging the iPad myself and said there was nothing he could do.

      He didn't repair my phone correctly and now there is water damage. The seal was not properly adhered to the phone and it was no longer water resistant. A tiny bit of rain water damaged the inside because of this. He refuses to repair it unless i pay him again. He said its my fault and I dropped it which I never did. He said its not water resistant after getting repaired.
