    Refund and Exchange Policy
    The business states at the time of sale, the customer is given a written "Right of Rescission." This allows the customer three business days to cancel their contract with Window World. If this does happen, the customer's deposit will be totally refunded within ten business days. If the customer wishes to cancel after this time period, and the product has been manufactured (this is a custom made product), a sum of money equal to fifty percent will be paid by the customer to Window World of Boston as fixed, liquidated and ascertained damages. The fee paid is not a penalty.
