    I sent an email to cancel my service on Dec 3rd. I got an email the same day from out *** letting us know that they are canceling our service. At that point we stopped using the service because we were told it was cancelled. We continued to get billed for 3 more months after we canceled the service. We reached out to customer service and they told us this is because we had a 6-month contract. We weren't told this when we tried to cancel our service. So we stopped using it. I understand the contract, but we weren't told it would be canceled in 3 months. We were told it was canceled right away, so we didn't use the service. We were billed Dec 16 for 229, Jan 16 for 229 and Feb 16th 30. Totalling $448

    I wanted to cancel a service for a software I purchased. I never used it. Spend hundreds on it for several months thats on me, I did want to use eventually but never got to it.. I went to cancel the service. On their website it said I could pause my account instead of canceling it. I just needed to email ************************** I did so. I never received a response. They continue to charge my card. This isn't a billing period thing.

    We canceled our agreement with an end date of 7/27 and were told we would no longer be charged after that. They have continued to charge our credit card $648/mo and will not respond to any of our requests to cease the charges or issue a refund. There is no way to remove our credit card information from their application to avoid future fraudulent charges from them.

    The customer has already been refunded after contacting us about this issue.  When we became aware of the mistake we refunded the charges to the customer's credit card.  All refunds were processed on 11/22/2023 for the total amount in question.

    This business continues to try to bill me 319 every month on my card. I have blocked them and now feel that I may need to try and get another credit card. I want to report this business for its bad ethics and fraudulent app. THe app did not provide the promised leads nor did they want to honor their contract to all me out.

    They sold me a SAAS system that never worked and verbally told me that if I did not generate a solid lead I would have a money back guarantee and get out of my contract. Their system never worked...month over month I kept emailing the rep telling him. They still charged me and still want to keep the contract in place. I feel harassed.

    Mobile Monkey told me that if I did not generate 3 contacts then I could get out of my agreement.  This is the only reason I gave them a try.

    Money Back Guarantee after 90 days of activation. If minimum contacts are not generated, this contract is terminated.

    A contact was explained by my sales rep as actual contact from a lead.  He explained that it would be an actual real lead where a lead made contact with my company.  The app scans emails from visitors on your site.  My site gets around 800-1200 hits a month.  This means I would of course generate emails if I didnt then their app would not work.  So how could a contact be a email as they are claiming now.  Clearly they used deceptive wording to trick clients into signing an agreement.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response submitted by the business.  It does not provide a resolution.  It states that they will be in touch.  ************ mis lead me and all other users.  They state they will get a certain number of leads but leads and contacts are different.  A lead is an email which I know they were going to get me hundreds.  Finding if those leads were good or not would be a contact.  Either way I did not receive one contact.  Also the system never worked for me.   The entire workflow never worked.  I was patient and tried to work with their team for several months. I want out of my contract and I want a full refund.
