    Exploring Customers.ai has been eye-opening. one standout feature is its impressive speed in growing our email list. The tool helps me grow my list and finds people that are low in my funnel.The only problem (tough to consider this is a problem) is their growing amount of features. They all have helped us significantly but adjusting to them requires a call or email with a representative.I've had a great experience and am looking forward to all new updates they will offer.

    Customers.ai was named as mobile monkey when they worked with us in February 2023, worked with the sales ****** . They claimed they can get 25% of website visitor emails. But at the end we only got about 4% of the visitor emails. Most of these emails are weird emails. We have customers and staff visit our website. But none of their emails showed on their list.We have to ask to stop the service on the second month. But they said we have to pay for the first months even we got much less than their promise (25%).After we stopped the service, we paid 4 months, they still continued to charge our credit card for the the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, month..., even we kept complaint with them. *********************** replied on Oct. 12th: " let me investigate what is going on here, and get this resolved for you! I should have an update for us by tomorrow about this"But, event now, we still didn't get any response from them. They still charged our credit card. We had to call the credit card company and claimed mobile monkey as a scam company.
