I tried to get an online quote from Travelers. What I got was Everquote. I was tricked. Then I started getting emails, text, and phone calls. ****** learned: Be very careful when you are looking online for insurance. Dont trust anything!

Sorry it can't be zero stars. I asked for an online quote for auto insurance. What I got instead was 11 phone calls in 90 minutes. As others have said, they call from different numbers almost every time, and as fast as I block them, they call from a new one. I am at work and this is hugely disruptive. At this point it's harassment. I am on the do not call list and will be reporting every single call I get from them.Everquote, Inc.

Horrible! Wanted a quote on auto insurance, this company was relentless with over 30 calls and texts in 1 day! said I would call them back when my husband was available. I ended up blocking every number that was used to call me. They continued to call for days. They were so pushy and annoying I would never use them.Everquote, Inc.

** Z E R O S T A R S ** ABSOLUTLY UNPROFESSIONAL SEEMS MORE LIKE A SALES THAN INSURANCE.! I have looked for a quote and received 3 calls within 3 mins of each other. the first I let the woman know that my voicemail specifically states I am at work between hours of 8am and 5 and they continue to call at that time. And the fact that I hung up and they called me right back from another number and a new rep is SCARY and harassment at this point. I work for a call center and it automatically calls people as well. either these reps are not notating their calls or they really don't care about the image they are putting out. I was going to call back after work but afer the 3 more calls after I had let them know I would call back I will now block ever single call and go with another quote company thank you a lot. for interrupting my work day and over all frustrating me for no reason. if people need insurance they will call back. you all are disgusting how aggressive your call system is. I had to make this review since it wasn't possible through ******* I like the review being here better anyway. ***************************- ******** ****Everquote, Inc.

OMG! Run! Called me like 14 times within an hour. Ignored the first 10 calls. I had to put my phone in airplane mode. Asked to be removed from their list for calls 11 through 14. On the 14th call I asked for a supervisor. Person asked why I told them they were the 14th call and asked to be removed from the list again. The calls finally stopped. Completely turned off from ever wanting to do business with this stalker company. One or two calls and a single email or text would have been sufficient instead of what they did. I will happily just pay more to another company instead this experience. HUGE YIKES!Everquote, Inc.

Forbes Mag recommended Everquote on their site, lying that they were going to "Compare Rates For Free, Pay Less For Car Insurance."After a huge amount of work and time inputting data they only offered ONE quote. Don't WASTE your time with this company or trust Forbes.Everquote, Inc.

This company calls my mother multiple times a day for an insurance quote she didn't request for a vehicle she does not have. At this point it is just plain harassment and I am looking into legal options.Everquote, Inc.

I was impressed with how much less the commercials said that I would be charged for car insurance so I filled out the form, expecting to see side-by-side comparisons of the various insurance companies.What I got was a deluge of text messages, phone messages, and email messages from agents bent on selling me a policy. All of them charge more than I was already paying for insurance. It would seem that the low prices quoted in the ads were, in fact, false.It took time but I was able to stop all the phone messages, text messages, and emails.Everquote, Inc.

I regret getting using the online quote, I should've stopped when I couldn't opt out of calls or texts, because now you won't stop calling me. You called me 6 times, while I was still looking at a quote you provided, I asked you to stop you continued 4 more times one after the other. I had to block the number and then today Monday, 2 days later, you call me from a different number and I blocked it. You called me 40 minutes later from a different number and I had to block that one. This should be considered harassment, but instead it's called spam calls. If you haven't used them, and you hate spam calls then DON'T be like me and use them.Everquote, Inc.
