My wife and I want to replace our tub/shower with a walk in shower. I did the tile in our current bathroom but I figured it would be nice to have someone do it for us. The first appointment was a no show. I called and made another appointment. Someone did show up, take measurements and quote us a price. It was a one day job and we picked nothing too fancy. He gave us about a $6000.00 credit for a no show and promotions. The quote was for $28,000! We said no, we were thinking between 6-8,000. I called the next day and said there must have been a mistake. The manager was scheduled to come out. No show. I called again, set up another manager appointment, no show. One more time and again - no show! No call, just no show. Apparently they did not want our business. We bought a shower base and tile at ********** for $600.00. It's a lot of work and we'll still need shower doors and fixtures. I just can not fathom that price for a one day remodel.

We had a walk in shower installed January 31, 2024. It was done in one day and they did a great job. However a short few weeks later the handheld shower head button broke. I was able to put it back together only to have it fall off again. I contacted the person noted correspondence from Jacuzzi about my issue on March 3rd. . I even sent a picture of the broken part. They said they would look into it and send someone out. I answered back that I didnt think someone needed to come out just for a handheld shower head, that they could just send me a new one, the person said they had to check with the production department who would get back to me. A woman from the *************** followed up the next day who said shed look into whether it could be fixed and if not theyd send a new one. After a week or so I had no response to I emailed again. I was told that they discovered that several customers have complained about the same issue. That they would order me a new Handheld and send it out. That was 3/21/24. Almost a month later still no new handheld and no updates. Although the work was well one, the follow up when there is an issue is not prompt at all. I just emailed again today April 18, 2024 for an update. I put the old handheld back on for now.. For the money I paid, I expected more prompt response. Very disappointing.Bath Remodel by Capital

We had a great experience with Jacuzzi **** - we had two bathroom total remodels done in our home and they came out beautiful. Jacuzzi Bath is to my satisfaction a very professional and knowledgeable group. ******** was friendly, considerate of my time and professional in keeping the project moving forward. On day of my installation, **** & an assistant arrived on time with friendly professional demeanors; they were outstanding workers and stayed focused until the job was finished within 5-1/2 hours!
