  I am so impressed with the professional and attentive work of the team that worked on my bathroom project. They arrived on-time every day. They meticulously cleaned up at the end of each day. Their work was nothing short of outstanding. The project was completed beautifully and on-time. I was at first reluctant to go with Bath Makeovers because of price and a difference in the scope of work. They worked with me on both matters until we reached an agreement. That was important to me. One of the design consultants failed to follow-up with a change I'd requested following the unavailability of a piece I'd originally requested. So a different shower door arrived than what I had requested. I didn't see that as being a show stopper. I still give Bath Makeovers Five Stars for an awesome job done, on time, beautifully finished, and promptly followed-up by the project manager.

  The initial meeting and presentation were delivered in a professional manner, where we could make an informed decision. The sales team covered all our concerns and made us feel comfortable. I was initially apprehensive about what might be found once the walls of my old shower were exposed. The sales team assured me that the installers are equipped to handle any issue that arises. I feel the project was pricey but have wanted to get this work completed for quite some time and approved the project. They kept their promise of an installation timeline as I was expecting family for a visit and wanted this project completed before they arrived. The administration office kept me abreast of the timeline and contacted me with a firm date once the material was received from the factory to solidify an installation date. On the day of the installation, the two installers arrived on time and got to work immediately. They protected the flooring from the front door to the bathroom and were very careful not to damage anything while moving in and out of the house to do the work. Once completed they cleaned up everything from the bathroom to the front door and out to my driveway before they left. A slight language barrier, which was easily overcome, and I cant say enough good things about these two individuals. They are outstanding assets and ambassadors for the company. The management follow-up on the project was excellent to make sure that all our needs and expectations were achieved. Five stars for this company and their employees.

  I'm very pleased with the bath remodel projects done at my home. The installation technicians did an excellent job and also were able to resolve an issue quickly. The projects were completed on time.

  I had an excellent experience with this team. They made everything easy. *************************** was the member of the team that did the bath makover in my home. I cannot say enough about this man or his work skills. He was very kind, and so respectful.. his work skills were impeccable. Very skilled in his crafts. His finish work was everything I had hoped for. I am very happy and satisfied with the results .. I love my new walk-in shower.. Thank you..

  The guys did an excellent job.Now our bathroom is beautiful.Everyone who we dealt with at the Company was very nice.Thank you for helping us figure out how to get the whole bathroom redone.Five stars for sure.

  Work was good...office staff very poor to deal with.First they couldnt " find " my water shut off- then they refused to do so, stating it wasnt their responsibility to do so. Asked me if I got the permits, which I was told would be taken care of, condo association had no clue. Took them a month plus to have it done. Also asked only for email, insisted on calling.Would not recommend at all. Also very expensive.

  proceeded to tell me after they finished that another crew would have to return to finish the job with the doors to the shower, which might take 2-3 weeks. After calling the office to get more information because this was not part of the original discussion we were told this was in the contract (it wasn't) all the contact states is the doors are contingent on final measurements. After this they were radio silent until our initiation of contact 7 weeks later and imagine this the doors magically appear. Again the scheduled crew is supposed to arrive between 8-9, yet do not arrive until more than an hour and half after 9AM but only with part of the crew. It wasn't until we called the office to find out that the maintenance coordinator had no idea and would have to find out that the supervisor called out and wasn't showing up. They would then have to send another supervisor. All three personnel show up in shoes that are inconsistent with manual labor such as Crocs and UGGs. And in their first 2 minutes they were talking about how they wouldn't be able to finish the job yet they stayed at my house going in and out for another 2 hours before telling me they were missing pieces to adhere the doors and would not be able to finish the job. At this point we asked them not to come back and settle the job. Ridiculous!
