3 starsAt first I was hopeful until I heard $13.50 for 5 ounces of silver. I requested my silverware back haven't heard from them yet.I took pictures of my silverware on my weigh and the numbers of silverware (48) pieces..along with the serial number that's stamped on it. 2 starsI contacted them. They sent an 'appraisel kit '. IE:.. a *** Ex envelope for sending what it was I wanted appraised With a *** # (*******) I tracked it --it arrived the next day--- Sat. Feb.,22nd 2025.They text me this morning Mon. Feb 24th 2025 saying their offer was $1.00 for package # (*** #) *******. My ***# is *******....14,556 numbers off .They had ALL DAY to get back w/me. I emailed & called several times. No Go. I hope you'll look into this matter. Something shady goin on. If they're doing this to me, they're doin it to others...Review fromNicholas C

Never having sold gold/silver before I was a little hesitant to even do this. But the risk of carting valuable items all over town to one or more places seemed greater than doing it online. For the few items that I had, this online process was convenient and potentially safer. They have a very easy process, which they support at every step, with multiple responsive email contacts along the way to keep you informed of the status/progress of the transaction. I was happy with the offer amount, although not having anything to compare it to I can't speak to whether it would have been competitive. I was satisfied with the offer, so that makes it a good offer. The payment in the form of a check arrived quickly, in a couple of days after receiving/verifying my package. There were a couple of items that were not redeemable, so they are in the process of returning those items. I see that the returned items are in transit with ****, so I assume that they will arrive here in a few days when the tracking number indicates. All in all, I was very satified with every aspect of their process. This was a "one off" transaction for me, but I would absolutely use them again if the opportunity arose. I would highly recommend them based on this one experience.
