This business will steals your items when you don't accept their cheap offer. Do not trust them nor send anything to them.

We do apologize that you are unsatisfied. We gave you a fair market offer based on the materials that we could accept. Once rejected we sent back all materials that were sent in to us, as our process outlines. Joke. I sent them an almost 2karat diamond on a 24karat gold chain valued (by an independent appraiser) at over ****** dollars. They offered me 400. And that was after my 10 percent bonus for shipping it to them quickly. Lowball ripoff artists. Hopefully I can get my jewelry back without issue. Would never use again.CJ Environmental, Inc.
