    I hired Author Reputation Press to help me self publish my book. It has been the most horrible experience. They are unresponsive to emails and phone messages. It was like pulling teeth to get the publishing side to understand my comments on creating the book cover. I paid to be represented at the London Book Fair this past March. I have tried to contact them to find out how it went. It's been crickets. No response at all. I'm beginning to feel that they took the money but did not pitch my book at the Book Fair. I was supposed to receive publicity and get my book reviewed. I haven't seen any of this happen and believe they have not honored our contract. Promises made. Promises NOT kept.
