********* has been very helpful in my republishing of The Coming. Quick responses with positive inputs helped me move through the process. When I submitted what I thought was my final product, a friend found a small but egregious error on the first page. I contacted *********, and within a day, I had the corrected copy and submitted it for publication.Work on the cover was very quick, and changes were made quickly and accurately. I started working with Author Reputation Press in July 2023. I signed 2 contracts with Author Reputation Press; 1 for the Copernicus Full Color Publishing Package, and 1 for the Book Returnability Program. The balances were paid for both on Dec. 22, 2023. *********************** and ******************************* their Finance Officers have proof. My book ************* Gold-Blue Ring was published in 2008. ARP was rebranding it. I have had contact with ******************* only 2 times during the process. I requested ARP to have someone else work with me there, our working styles don't match. No response. Surprisingly, I was promised in an email by **************** that my book would be sent to bookstores all over. I visited ************************* (one of the stores mentioned) in my area on Friday, June 21, 2023 (*********, **). No books on the shelves for New Releases and only in the system for Print-On-Demand. That could have been from when my book was first published by another company. I phone called and emailed ******************* and ***************************** about this. No response. I tried to believe ****************, but have been slighted once again. This is a breach of contract. I am requesting a refund for the paid contracts. They contacted me first for my business, not the other way around.Author Reputation Press LLC

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Author Reputation Press (ARP) acknowledges your review and concerns about the company. The company understands your disappointment regarding the failure to publish your books in the stores mentioned, and we want to assure you that we are committed to delivering on our promises. We hope this response clarifies every single misunderstanding and clears up the concerns of both sides.
In response to your concern regarding your BFO (Book Fulfillment ********* ********************************* not replying to your emails, ********************************* confirmed that he did not receive any emails from you regarding this matter and that your only and usual means of communication with him is through phone calls. Also, the reason your book is not yet available in bookstores is because chains like ****** & ***** must go through several procedures before releasing a book and making it physically available. These procedures include carefully examining the book to make sure it complies with the company's standards, guidelines, and other requirements. The company will ask *******************, your author advisor, to offer additional help concerning the possible placement of the book through the physical bookstore. *** may call these bookstores or ****** and ***** within your area. Normally, the store will check if the book is returnable from their end and purchase one copy to be screened by the management of that store. If things work in our favor, the store will buy more copies to display, but still, it is not guaranteed.
Lastly, ARP has already worked with hundreds of authors and published and marketed thousands of books. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further and regain your trust.Review fromHarold A

I was contacted by ARP. I had self-published in 2019. That was nice but not... Then this Year MMxxiv ARP contacted me and all broke through in an most excellent manner. They had done homework and background and foundational work before they called me. WE have expanded the original book it is twice a large and better by every page and design. I am most advantaged by this relationship and advocate them to every degree. Don't hesitate, " go for it.
