  I was treated very professionally with kindness and courtesy. Author Reputation Press understood my process of writing (ie: transcribing) the poems resulting from/as personal guiding experiences that occurred to me in life's process.   My fulfillment officer has been super responsive and ready to assist me with whatever i need. I'm pleased with the final production and ready to start to seeing the benefits of all the hard work they put into making this passion project of mine a reality. I didn't give a five star only because it's hard to trust when you have to put so much money upfront and you still have not seen the final outcome of what you're paying for. I'm waiting on that first royalty check.

  I was reluctant to get involved with ARP regarding publishing a paperback version of a hardback book I had published with another publisher but I did and with their help corrected a number of ******** felt they worked proficiently and smoothy to accomplish the task , at a reasonable price

  I recently decided to republish seven of my books with ARP. Yes, they contacted me, and yes their cost was higher than some of the other publishing houses but also lower than others I have used. My reason for republishing was to obtain the services promised by ARP of advertising, reaching out to a global market, working to improve the reach of my website, and putting effort into getting my books some shelf space in major bookstores (activities none of the other self-publishers offer.) To get to that point, however, first the books needed to be 're-published' and I was fortunately connected to ********************* to assist me in that task. While it took several months for her to lead and guide me through the steps for seven books, I was impressed by the professionalism and patience she exhibited and how she kept me on our timeline. She was always polite, readily available when I needed to contact her and only once had to ask someone else to get me an answer. My five star rating is almost entirely due to ***'s relationship and effectiveness in my eyes. The books were just printed (I have yet to receive my copies) and work on the website is only beginning. Clearly, no books are yet on shelves in bookstores. But I am very satisfied with the new book covers, the interior styling, and the re-work I was able to do on most manuscripts. In a year or so, I will provide some follow-up on the process and outcome of the advertising and marketing efforts. In the meantime, I have only praise for the personnel at ARP and their processes.

  The people I have worked with at ARP, have certainly been responsive - **** and ***** make a good team, and seem to keep each other informed - I've worked with a film maker, and three other publishers, and found that ARP best meets my needs, and goals.   I found ********* to be pleasant and easy to work with in rebranding my book that I published through Kindle Publishing. They added more styling to my book and now looks really appealing. I am expecting the new copy any day now in the mail.
