      Computershare will not accept Certified Copy of Letter of Appointment directly from the District Court that issued the paperwork. They say the paperwork must be stamped with a date of within ******************************************* that the date the Letter was issued can never have the date altered. My last submission to Computershare, on 5/31/2022, included a signed and current date on a separate piece of paper, accompanied by the Certified Letter, all issued by the Clerk of the District Court. They keep saying that they have not received the paperwork. One of their representatives confirmed to me on the phone they had indeed received the paperwork. In the meantime, they keep trying to charge me fees on 'Affidavit and Application' for **** Securities. There is a 90 day limit on the Affidavit. So they won't accept Court issued paperwork and continue to try and charge me fees after running out the time limit on the Affidavit. I am the Executor of the Will and have been trying to resolve this since last year.

      Computershare cut off/blocked access to my money.. $5000 without so much as an email. Basically stole $5000 from me. I have called multiple times and sent in notarized documents to prove who I am and they still denied me access to my own money. They gave me no reason why this happened and everyone i've talked to via phone calls made to the company has no idea why it was blocked. You can not steal someones money. Upon checking reviews of this company I see it has happened to many people. A company just stealing people's hard earned money in the name of "suspicious activity"?! Unacceptable.
