    I recently went through the hybrid course and I cant thank my instructor and this company enough for all of the help and encouragement. my instructor ******************* was tough but also showed so much care and encouragement towards me and the rest of the class. Thank you so much!

    I took a class here with the hybrid online program. I found the instructors to be very knowledgeable and willing to work with students. The instructor stayed late a few times to study with a couple of students who required it. I had been an EMT-B for 9 years prior to taking the class so I knew what to expect. The coursework is demanding and you must dedicate a lot of time to it. The courses are accelerated. Reading the reviews it appears a lot of complaints are about refund policies which you sign when you enroll. Pay attention to what you're signing. I passed my NREMT exam first try and I had never taken it before. When it comes to EMT schools this one is among the best in my opinion. COVID19 did throw a wrench in things but we just wore masks an nobody got sick. Be ready to work hard. It's not an easy program and for a good reason. You're tasked with saving people's lives. You can't expect to coast through and get your cert. It's an intense program but it does actually prepare you for being a competent EMT.
