    On May 22, 2025, I purchased a limited edition jersey for $167.98 USD, tax included.The business tells you it takes about 1-2 business days to process the order and 3-5 business days to deliver.Its now 06/02/2025 and the order is still stuck on "processing".Their customer service is extremely limited. On one place they say that from their website you can chat with an agent.. when you visit their website there is no place to chat.. I found a phone number and they only have you leave a message and an email so they can reply.I left a message asking for the status of my order letting them know the order is still showing "processing".. they email me back telling me "it will soon be on its way".. I replied "when is soon".. On May 29th, I received a reply telling me the order should process within 3-5 business days prior to shipping.. again.. leaving the EXACT DATE up in the air.I don't know how to communicate with this business and I'm afraid they won't fulfill my order.I feel deceived and they've kept my money all this time.I really don't want a refund.. it's a jersey that I really wanted to own.I feel this business is EXTREMELY shady with the way they operate.

    On 01/28/24 I made a purchase with this business that guaranteed having the item. After my purchase I received a confirmation of my items being processed in the warehouse. Weeks later with no update on my purchase I contact the business and they tell me the item is not in stock they are waiting to receive a shipment in the next week or 2. We go ahead with my order. After a while with no update I contact them again. They never contacted me I always had to contact them for any updates on my order. I contacted them the beginning of April and the middle of April again and still waiting on shipment then on April 11 I am told to give them 3-5 that my order is being now processed. I wait. In May I contact them again and this time they tell me my order has been delivered that it was delivered on April 15. That doesnt even add up to what I was told on April 11. Its May 17 and I have no signs of my jerseys or my money.

    Placed an order for multiple items on the **** website on 1/14/24. Was supposed to receive an email that would allow me to track this order and never did. Their website states you can track their orders there, however, there is NO order tracking search engine on their website nor is there a contact phone number for customer support. ONLY EMAIL which is an automated response by a bot. This website is a scam.

    I have not received a return refund , and have not received any email back from The business. They received the return package March 27 2023 according to the tracking information from ***** I have emailed them various times and have not received anything and or any payment.     I bought a soccer Jersey, the tracking number says it was delivered, I went to the locker and i didnt found the Jersey, I tried to contact TUDNfanshop they never answered the phone or replied an email. I opened a case in **** (number of the case ******) and I dont have a resolution from them. I asked for my Jersey or my redound trough instagram, and they took to long to reply, and then they just said that my Jersey was send it. I dont want no more problems , I just want my Jersey or my money back
