      Had an accident on thanksgiving stressful enough until I dealt with their outrageous billing practices. Truly a scam operation. Over $700 for less than one day on their lot with ridiculous costs like $268 for "Drum disposal" (where is it?) and $82 for disconnect the battery, yet it's still connected... what a joke! First said it was $350+ but then doubled the price 2 hrs later when I showed up to remove the car.

      Interstate towing in ********** towed my car off the mass pike. My 18 year daughter was driving it and rear ended a car. Luckily everyone was safe. In the process the tow driver lost the keys. When I went there the next day to get the vehicle they want to charge me $780 but dont care that the car now doesnt have key's. The price to have someone come out and make a new key is $330. I just feel that they should adjust the price for losing the keys. The next day I called to try to resolve this and they said to give them $600 and the title of my car so they can scrap it and I said absolutely not. So now they put me in contact with the general manager a man named Steve which apparently is out of the country and or state so I can only leave a voicemail . and meanwhile, my car is still sitting there racking daily charges and I still cannot get the car because there are no keys Also my Daughters dorm key was lost which is $100 replacement fee and my home key. I feel like Im being bullied and took an advantage of and when I went to the business, one of the big tow truck driver stands up starts talking loudly to try to intimidate me.

      Towed 2.8 miles, billed for 65. Scam artists. AAA will refund me, but that's not the point.

      Interstate Towing is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The drivers aren't trained properly, the dispatch is mean and doesn't care about the customers they are speaking to and the General Manager is a greedy selfish man who will pretend he doesn't remember talking to you to fatten his bottom line after he promised a discount for his employees bad service. If leaving 0 stars was an option I would.

      Interstate towing in worcester mass. Are the most rudest people I have every dealt with. Employees and supervisor are very unprofessional. Ripoff artist for sure. This company should be out of business.
